Keep in mind, you have to drive around for around 20 minutes before you get the full tune in operation. Right after tuning the ECU has to learn the new setup. You'll notice when the ECU has learned it when the gas pedal is instantly responsive vs when you have to press about 15% before getting a response.

What turbo kit did you buy and how much did everything cost?

@@eternalglow6483 I went with SBD turbo kit. Decent kit, make good power. Cost me under $5k for everything, tuning, etc. Ditch the turbo kit for a supercharger kit. More reliable, make about the same power as the turbo kit but not as aggressive as the turbo kit. Good for daily. Everything cost me a little over 6k, tuning, flex fuel, HBP, etc. there are different turbo kit out there which can be slightly better, it’s all about what kind of power do you seek out of the FA20.

Stage 2+ the torque curve was pretty much gone, still there but not as noticable. Im not sure if it was a placebo but the car felt more responsive and smooth. E85 tune is where i could tell a major difference. I think the average is something like 25-35whp more from 165whp to somewhere around 205whp. E85 comes with its own ploblems though.

@@myevilrabbitgames E85 tends to pull moisture over night so you sometimes experience the car struggling to start only the first start in the morning tho. I've noticed it on cold mornings, it's also recommended that you do oil changes sooner if you're running e85

@@danielaguilar3170 That is not completely true. E85 needs around 30% - 50% more fuel when you start the car in order for it to be easy to cold start, that's just the case so if your car isn't made for E85 or is badly tuned then that is most likely the reason.

Just got the V2 OFT tablet in the mail also, highly recommend. The e85 tune and fuel cut delete alone makes it work it. Using the accelerometer(in the ipad) the Dash Command app logging 3rd gears pulls in the same spot netted the following for max HP consistently: Stock: 178hp Stg 1: 210 E85: 238 You can get 200whp out of these on E85 alone. Just like dynos, the app is a decent tool. Your first pull on E85 is going to make you smile from ear to ear lol. Car is seeing about 30 degrees of timing with ice cold intake temps.

I have purchased a OFT V2 and when I attempted to write the tune onto my ECU both the read and write options were grayed out. I attempted to download the tune off of their website to add to the tablet and upload it to my ECU. There was no calibration code that matched mine.

Better off to get a Dyno tune. OFT does not give every car the same amount of gains and there have even been instances where people have lost power. The OFT is Placebo if anything in most cases.

I believe the OFT only works on one car at a time since it reads only your ECU. To sell the OFT, you would have to "unmarry" the OFT, which means you revert back to stock maps.
