Hi Anne, I just to say thank you for all the information that you give. I am 56 and I needed some dental work done. I have a very small mouth. The dentist that was working on me pulled my lips and mouth so hard he tore the sides of my mouth and gave me smoker wrinkles around my lips. I was so upset, I was ready to go get fillers. Then I found you! All the information and the techniques that you have shown me are helping 100%. It will take time because some are deep. Your beautiful and thank you for sharing and caring. God bless you and yours.💐

That's interesting about the pro-biotic....I learned someting new today! 😄 I'm going to have to try the peroxide. I've read before that it helps keep teeth white, but I've always worried about the taste. But white teeth are super important to me so I'm going to give it a shot! 😘

After I learned that tip about the HP I found out a few people I know who have white teeth do the same so definitely something I'm sticking with. Hope you see good results! I really think a probiotic helps with teeth whitening and saw a few reports saying the same over the years. I agree with you, white teeth are important! xoxo

I'm definitely going to try that toothpaste, Anne! Your recommendations are always so helpful. I will say that I used to do the hydrogen peroxide rinse, but had to stop after a few months. I developed a sensitivity to the pure hydrogen peroxide and it actually made my lips swell up. Just wanted to mention that if people have sensitive skin like I do, going for the strong stuff might actually not be the best idea. Luckily, the smaller concentration in the toothpastes and mouthwashes doesn't seem to effect me the same way. Anyways, thank you again for all your great videos!

Yes, that is a great tip. My older dentist that retired told me on the very LAST visit I made to him, and I had been going to him since I was a teenager and I'm in my 50s now, He always commented on some gum recession I have, but that LAST day he said in an off hand manner, as he was looking at my gums, "You know there was a Dentist that stopped his gum recession with a Water Pic and "chemicals"...I'm sitting there mentally saying to myself, "Why the h*ll hadn't you said anything about that to me from my teenage years till now!!"

docback63 Dr. Thomas Levy talks about this in his book, The Toxic Tooth. You can search for him here on KZbin for some great health insight presentations related to vitamin C as a panacea for good health and disease cures.

@@RCaugh: Yes, I'm familiar with him and of course Vitamin C is part of the "glue" that holds us together...there are maybe 2 species that can't produce Vit C in their bodies some kind of Guinea Pig and Humans...so we have to continually take it plus it's water soluble...gum recession comes about in part i believe from lond standing deficiencies of Vit C but YES, very good Sir!!

Noogagirl, To prevent your teeth from getting dark after drinking tea/coffee, drink water. First, full your mouth with water ( not too much) spit it out or swallow it; continue drinking the water as you usually do, this will prevent the tea/coffee residue from settling on your teeth.

I can't do fluoride. I do use an extra soft toothbrush. I polish my teet with charcoal and bentonite clay after I use a whitening toothpaste. I do oil pulling in the morning. I get my probiotics through sugar free Kefir or Kombucha. I use peroxide every other day.
@docback634 жыл бұрын
You've got it going on! I don't do Flouride either. I use an Oral B electric toothbrush at home and a Philips Sonicare at work, I also use water pics too. Funny how I ask my dentist about electric toothbrushes and water pics and he doesn't recommend them....conspiracy? (If people don't develop problems we can't treat them now can we...I wonder)I watched a video several years ago and it clearly showed how a water pic removes the "Bio-film" between the teeth that bacteria live in and then eat away at your gums, heck, can bacteria enter the system and go to the heart thru the gums?? Maybe, that's why I water pic. Antonio over at Real Men Real Style Channel had a video where he talked about how he went to the Dentist and they told him he was developing gingivitis, he stopped it with the use of electric toothbrush, so that was enough for me. I quit using bentonite toothpaste, it was messy as heck, and most bentonite is contaminated with metal (aluminum...but the places that sell these products won't tell you that because they're trying to sell their products) Oil pulling is great, some people get a sore throat from it, but I know it works, and probiotics are extremely important. That Charcoal tooth powder makes my teeth kinda sensitive...strange but I have seen people get great whitening with it.
