If you don’t have a business license or LLC, how could you be viewed as credible? Just curious if it’s wise to start getting clients without being in actual business yet! Love your channel, thanks in advance for your response!

Good question! So just watch the beginning of the video again, you aren't required to have these things until you start making $12,000+ in revenue, (which you won't on your first deal), therefore think of it like this, you're starting to sell stuff out of your garage on craigslist as a business, but until that gets big you don't need registration/documentation. To answer your core question of CREDIBILITY. No client, asks you for your LLC, biz license or anything else lol, they just want the people you recruit for them, they don't do a stop and frisk on you for those lol. That's your own stuff, don't worry about that, you don't go around touting that you have an LLC and be seen as super credible or anything.

Ben when pursuing a client do you have a limit to the size of the company? Because most of the jobs I run across on LinkedIn are large companies with 5k-10k employees. And the small companies usually tell me they are too broke to afford 10% so they do everything themselves.

Nobody that runs a real business is too broke to afford 10% when they're cost of vacancy of the needed employee is loosing them $1,000-$5,000/day. Bottom line target in the 200-1000 level, this will give you the best responses as a START UP recruiter for quicker wins.

LOL you read it wrong man, this is how to get clients WITHOUT YOU SPENDING ANY MONEY. Not the other way around. So say you don't have a dollar to your name but just a cell phone and linkedin account and an email address. This is how you do it, no money involved.

What about the benefits of working with a factoring company when your clients are net 30+? If someone can land a fortune 100 contract they can’t come across broke and desperate. Fortune 100 it’s not uncommon for them to be net 90.
