The lawer didt tell about those fact that foreign investors can't buy a land in Serbia (it is prohibbited by the law). From this point of view it doesnt make sense to invest big money to setup any business here

Would one buy property on their personal name or Company name? Let me summarize it.. To Obtain Residency in Serbia you have to: 1. Create Research Development center, or Private University or Big Factory (very big).... 2. Negotiate with the state, ..... easy! you see? 😌

You can buy an apartment with 50,000 but you won’t get permanent residency, you will get a 1 year residency permit.
