hey katie ! love your videos! you helped me loose 40 lbs gained from being on steroids for years for crohns disease. any diet tips for someone who is gluten, dairy, and low fiber? can't do any raw veggies or fruits so it's very hard for me to find good healthy snacks

OMG Jessica!!!! That is so AMAZING!!!!!! I hope you took pics! #teamlsf I can imagine the challenge to find good snacks.... If you can do roasted veggies and hummus that would be good (although those might be higher fiber...) Maybe turkey lettuce wraps or egg muffins?

cionna chestnut I work out about 3 times a week, try to drink more water and I bought a lotion that “avoids cellulite”. Adding that to being constant doing sport and eating more healthy food did something

There are several factors in exercises to lessen cellulite. One place I found that successfully combines these is the Abeqa Home Treatment (check it out on google) it's the no.1 guide i've heard of. Check out the great information

there are oils that can help reduce the appearance, but stretch marks are such a natural thing we all have at various level.

How many times a day would I half to do this, and would I do this every day? Is this for the inert high, bum back of leg. I exercise 60 5 day a week. I still have around 44lb to lose.

Hi! Everyones results show at different times, but I would recommend adding this in a few times per week! I would recommend working out a different body parts each day too. :)

I am 130 pounds and 5’5 and I have more cellulite than the average person my size on the FRONT of my thighs and insides. I actually have more here than on the back (I still Have it on the back) - but not as bad. Why does no one ever talk about the front of the thigh 😭 I feel alone.

Like I mentioned it's a mix of nutrition and exercise so can depend on what else you are doing, but in general you should mix it up with my other workouts and the hot body sweat guide.

Cheers for this, I've been looking for "what causes cellulite on legs and how to get rid of it" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Fetellia Cellulite Cabanatuan - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got great results with it.
