I've had cellulite for a while and I always thought it was fat. But now I realise that anyone can have cellulite and I was just not working my legs the right way. I could always see the nice shape my legs were but my leg dimples always ruined it. I could totally feel the cellulite as soon as I started this. Totally gonna keep it up

i will do this for 2 weeks and come back like this to remind me. day:1 ✅ wasn’t to hard but i could feel the burn day2: ✅ felt a little sore can’t see a difference at all yet day:3 ✅i feel sore but i did it can’t rly tell any difference yet! day4:✅getting easy to do still don’t see a difference but i can feel it day5:✅starting to see less cellulite and the workout is getting easier each time day6:✅ day7:✅ day8:✅ day:9 ✅i can tell its going away! thx for the like sorry i forgot to update but i did it for 2weeks and it worked pretty well when i get back from the beach i’ll try more but it didn’t ever ride of all of it

Hey guys! I did this workout for a week straight along with a workout by gabrielle whited and occasional random workouts that are short. I included minimal cardio throughout this week. Day 1: i did this and it was quite difficult Day 3: guys, I already see an improvement!!! So happy! Day 6: my butt has lifted and grown, not to mention my cellulite is almost completely gone! Day 7: so proud of myself, definitely would recommend this to everyone!❤❤❤

I love how she talks about the cellulite during the exercises to keep in mind what you're working towards. A lot of other videos are just "got cellulite, lets go". By the end of those videos I've lost all motivation.

I’ll do this for a week and update everyday. Day 1 - I felt it a bit but was fairly easy. Day 2 - It was hard because of the soreness from yesterday. Day 3 - Better from yesterday. Day 4 - My legs are so sore. Day 5 - It was easier to do but I sweated like crazy. Day 6 - it’s still difficult. Day 7 - I don’t see much change but I definitely feel stronger. I’ll keep doing it.

I'm 5'2", about 90 pounds, been dancing for YEARS, and still have cellulite. Nothing wrong with trying to get rid of it but I've honestly learned to love my tiger stripes. Just don't stress too much, y'all 💗 (Looks like a great workout though, thanks Katie!)

I am so glad that you spoke about cellulite in the manner you did. I have it had it on and off in my life and I was always tine. I first noticed when I was 8 years old (getting ready to mature) so it doesn't matter your size

doing this until my doctor appointment on sep 3rd so that i don't get yelled at wish me luck edit: i just wanna mention that i've been doing this with a 15-20 minute hiit workout and 10 minute ab workout each day. i've either been doing this after the hiit and ab workout (which i do around 9-10 each morning) or i do this at night around 11 when i realize i completely forgot to do it! either way i'm getting it done, but i've noticed that i definetly feel the burn more when i do it after the hiit and ab workout so i recommend adding a little hiit or cardio with this just to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. i've also went from eating like absolute crap to eating really healthy which im sure has a huge impact on the results day 1) it wasn't that hard but my legs are burning. thank you for the awesome workout! day 2) today was a little easier and again my legs feel great. no results yet of course because it’s only been two days but i feel good to be workout out:) day 3) same as yesterday! a little less sore after i finished and the lunges were a little easier! day 4) today i feel a change. my legs feel a little tighter and even though it isn’t noticeable, i feel a lot more energized just from getting up and doing this! day 5) wow this is crazy. it’s insane how fast these workouts work. today I looked in the mirror and saw the cellulite was starting to go down (not a lot but i could see the SLIGHEST change). u got this guys! also i’m not sore anymore. day 6) wow day 6 already! 1/3 of the way there. the workout is getting easier but i still feel a significant burn and i love it! i can really feel the change in my legs. they feel a little tighter already and look a little better already! gonna keep going to see what happens! it also goes by really fast now which is something i love day 7) i did so bad today and i'm on my period. i feel really dizzy but thats besides the point because i still did it! if i can do it while i'm in so much physical pain you can do it too! i could've done better but all that matters is that i got up and did my best! day 8) today i took a rest but tomorrow im going to do it 2 times day 9) #1) this really hurt, hopefully the second time won't be as bad #10) it still hurt but the burn felt good! the results have been (cellulite is beginning to go away but it's only noticeable to my own eyes) day 10) can't believe it's day 10 already! i feel pretty good and noticed that cellulite on my butt has started to go down and my inner thighs look A LITTLE more toned. if you're doing this, don't give up. you're beautiful and your body is perfect, but it never hurts to workout. working out makes you feel great and helps so much with confidence. i believe in you. kick ass guys! it's not too late to join in with me. day 11) Today it hurt super bad and I felt REALLY worn out. day 12) Today hurt too, 6 more days until my appt! day 13) This is me on day 15, I'm so sorry! I completely forgot to update. It's been hurting a lot as I do it but let me tell you I see results. My cellulite goes away little by little everyday! Remember that the pain is temporary. You can do it! day 14) Again, this is me on day 15 but yesterday / day 14 wasn't as bad as the last few days. I was slacking a little so I did it one more time but I felt good after I finished! day 15) it went really fast today!! i'm noticing my inner thighs are starting to tone up. super exciting!! day 16) hey guys! today i felt like absolute crap but i still pushed through. you can too! my inner and lower outer thighs are started to tone up like crazy, i think im gonna continue to do this even after my appt tmr but ill update you guys on how the appt goes! day 17) okay so my appt is today and i'm literally shitting my pants but im working out right before so hopefully ill appear to be a little bit more toned idek im super scared okay bye time to do the workout day 18) okay so the doctors appt went great! she didn't really care about my weight gain (it was only 10 pounds at this rate) because of how hard i've been working over the past 3 weeks. I told her i've already lost 16 pounds and she was really just proud of me for that! i was really nervous so it was nice to have a little reassurance that I was doing good. im gonna continue this for the next 12 days to make it a month. today the workout was difficult but it was the good type of workout pain. it goes so so so fast everytime i do it, too! i'm really noticing the cellulite on my outer thighs going down. overall I've noticed some changes in my lower inner thighs and outer upper thighs. when i sit down it's not as bad as it was before and my legs feel kind of tighter if that makes sense!

A thing that I like to remember is the pain is temporary (7 minutes a day) and its so worth it when you finally reach your goal. Also what I try to think of is how myself a week ago who worked hard to finish the workout everyday would feel if she found out I quit and just got rid of all her progress. I hope that helps you!

i’m doing this along with cardio and booty workouts day 1: i REALLY felt this working like when she said to push on your heel and not implant your foot that really made me feel it i’m excited for results. i’ll keep updating everyday day 2: i was sore but i did it again and it felt soo good when i was done i don’t see the cellulite disappearing yet but it’s very early day3: it felt better and i’m still sore but i actually see a little bit of my cellulite gone already on my glutes!! nothing major but very pleased day4: the workout was easier and my cellulite dimples aren’t as deep, lightened in color. however my under thighs need a lot more work day 5: i did this after having a veggie burger and smoothie because i didn’t wanna skip so i felt the burn 😅 but it felt really good when i was done! as for results i don’t see much of a difference from yesterday but i’m patient and working on it! day 6: i was sore from glute day but still pushed through, don’t regret it and i’m waiting to see major results! day 7: just from a one day break it was so much harder today i’m sweating and my glutes and thighs hurt day8: complete day 9: complete day 10: complete day 11: complete day 12: complete day 13: complete and omggg this is working

Ah I’m actually loving this! I’m in my 2nd day of doing this and I’m doing it until Sunday and if I’m still not happy with my legs I’ll still do this until I am!!! I advise you to do a training program of at least 40 minutes each with a few days off and to train the other parts of the body as well.
