1st time doing this without. I just finished 40 squats before finding your video. The burn is very real. It hurt just doing 5 of them but I so continue to do these every night before bed. Thank you for this quick and easy workout.

So glad I found this! I just love your personality, plus no annoying song ruining the video, effective workout that won't strain my knees (I'm only 26 but squats are a no 😩), I can definitely do this every day! And btw I gotta ask, what lotion do you use? I mean maybe it's your lighting or something but your skin looks so healthy and glowy, not just your face but everywhere. I'm jealous.

Hi Pretty! It was summer when filmed this so that def helps, but I don’t use drugstore lotions creams and definitely nothing with parabens. I love my vitamin e oil and vitamin e based products. I’m using these right now: amzn.to/41GJg59 and amzn.to/3SwTgJL ❤️

Hi Janelle. Consistently 3-4x per week will get you good results. Really go for the burn when you do it. 🔥

I don’t use drug store lotions. I moisturize with things like pure almond oil and castor oil.

These exercises do work for us women who have Saddlebags and fatty thighs. Get ur diet in check (eat in calorie deficit) and u will see results, I saw them pretty quickly!
