Can Metan yea but being overweight/obese causes health problems, disability and is quite dangerous. celluties on the other hand are just unsightly, it doesnt pose any actual risk to people who have them.

The reason why I care so much about cellulate is not because guys or how other girls look at you but I don't feel comforable with it myself because cellulate makes your skin look more old and it looks saggy. Without cellulite your body looks healthier and your body looks younger.

Before I was serious about working out I had a lot and I mean A LOT of cellulite just under my butt and on my thighs. I used to search for coffee scrubs and all sort of magic solutions. BUT as soon as started to workout, cut out soda and fried food my celluilite almost disappeared in a matter of two weeks! My boyfriend and I are university students, and of course that comes with a lot of studying, a lot of sitting at desks, not much time for grocery shopping and cooking, and not much time to work out. And since we started university, we have both put on weight. Not a crazy amount, but still. A week ago we decided to change things for ourselves and started doing one of your workouts every day. And not only do we feel a lot better after completing a workout, it has become a nice time in between studying wehere we can be together and have fun. So thank you guys for all these awesome workout videos and tips. You are by far the best fitness channel out there!

What's with all the spam? :D For the record: I intend NOT to waste my time or money on any cellulite related product or program. I'm just going to eat clean & healthy, excercise and drink water - and after that I will live happily ever after, with or without cellulite. ;) The reason I watched & commented on this video is that views/promises/claims etc. about cellulite are something that really "separate the wheat from the chaff". But as it happened, FitnessBlender passed my test with flying colours; this video further convinced me that Daniel & Kelli (FitnessBlender) are really balanced, sane and trustworthy. They are clearly not in the business to cash out on people's dreams of easy/quick fixes for trivial problems, but really focused on healthy, sustainable life-style and overall well-being. (And that is quite rare these days.) I'll stay away from any product & program that promises me to get rid of cellulite (entirely)/ claims to have the "real" answer to what's causing it/ mainly focuses on such trivial & superficial matter instead of healthy living. It would be much appreciated if spammers didn't pollute the comment section of this FB video with these humbug ads. I assure you people, all these ads are good for is getting rid of your MONEY. :)

Same here. I remember the first week I started working out, my sister wanted to go to get lunch at a burger place, and I was like... I did not just bust my ass for two hours just to go throw it away and eat a burger. lol. Now I try not to eat junk food because I know how long it takes to burn off, and it's not worth it to me.

I've come back to this video more than once, it's very encouraging. I'm 120 pounds but have always had cellulite, and it's sometimes frustrating to think that it will always be there. I'll try to remember that 1) more than 90% of women have it, so I'm normal, and 2) It's just a minor appearance-related flaw. Much less important than eating well and exercising for health and fitness. Thank you! :)

I have the cellulite on my hams and butt as long as I can remember. I've learnt not to mind it at all, because I know that it's mainly genetic problem for me and I also think that it's kind of feminine feature like breasts or hips are. For me, the best way how to reduce the cellulite is drinking a lot of water (no artificial sweeteners or sugar), clean eating and weight training with heavy weights (squats and lunges are the best). Love the way you guys explain things (work out or health related) : simple and clear. I re-started to work out last week after a grieving period, as well as going back to healthy habits when it comes to food. It's probably only psychological so far, but I'm already feeling better in my own body and more toned up. Plus, I never get bored with your videos and I was able to make myself a day-to-day work out session from combining several videos - even if sometimes it's hard to finish the session with jump squats ! Having the time instead of reps also makes it more adjustable for every day/situation/person. Thank you for making all these great videos available for us, and be so helpful. My mom doesn't have cellulite, though she has about 20 kg overweight (1.70 m with 90 kg) and she never seen cares what and when she eats, no limitations at all))) At the same time I do, but I am more or less fit (1.75 m with 65 kg) I have searched the Internet to find out the psychosomatic issues and also heard about the women necessity to 'store' fat to feed the future baby. Can be also truth. Once I was at a Model Contest watching 20+ girls walking on the stage. I was sitting on the first raw and could clearly see their cellulite. Almost 70% of them had it, though all of them were skinny in their bikinis. So I am more likely to think there is something useful in it, created by nature and there is a reason why most healthy and skinny women have it, whereas it touches only a small percent of men that for instance had a big body weight loss and it can be seen mostly on their bellies, not tights as we women have.

Hey I have a question... I've heard so many times, "drink water, to flush the toxins out of your body." What are these "toxins"? And where do they get stored if you don't drink enough water? I fell in love with you two back 2013 and I lost 44lbs in 4 and a half moths working out with Kelly mostly... Really great video!! Particularly the point on how over strength-training one body area DOES cause problems. In my experience, for months I only strength trained legs and lower body and completely neglected any upper body. Having a desk job, I then had constant aching pains in my arms and shoulders from typing. Anyone else in a similar situation, strength training upper body has COMPLETELY removed my pain. I had no idea how important it is for women to strength train whole body. Dont just stick to squats!

there are 2 things I kept thinking about when watching this: 1. OOOOOOO there are some companies out there who are going to be cursing this video hahaha AND 2. This video is JUST what I needed to watch. Not because I was about to rush out and buy a truck load of anti cellulite rubbish but because I have recently reached my goal weight after having my second bub and am just about to embark on a lean and strong journey with michelle bridges. I noticed the amount of cellulite around my butt and thighs and wondered if the lean and strong program will help ease that (and tighten up my flat butt) so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for this video, you answered my question for me!!!! p.s I'm not after the airbrushed look for my body but to me any improvement on how it is now is as good as that look =D
