Again.....TEARS OF JOY!!! You do not have to take your time to do this for all of us who, perhaps can not afford a good doctor but are in so much pain we dont know what to do. I for one am so very grateful for these videos! I have suffered from sciatica, degenerative disc disease, neuropathy, severe lower back pain for years. It moves down into my hip and leg now in the last year. But the back pain is so bad my back locks up on me and I cannot move! These videos have given me hope and so much ease of my pain! You rock!

Oh my gosh. I have been in worse pain than gout! That is on my left Calf muscle up to my left butt muscle. Four days of complete 11+ pain has now completely subsided. It is barely showing or feeling right now. I almost feel cured. I cannot thank you enough. My calf muscle pain was so bad, I could not walk sometimes. I don’t want to jinx it…but I do feel great and I could not get rid of the pain with anything I took or did. This video from this dude actually cured my Sciatica. Thanks a million, man! I highly recommend to anyone who has what I’ve described. Thanks again Dirk-David

You are the angle. The standing and bending backward while two thumbs holding the back is a instane relieve of sciatica. you will feel like an instance relieve for that instance. Also the beding backward using with towel. Amazing man.

Thank you for your videos. I've been doing the stretches faithfully and some have been helping. However, my husband told me that my core muscles are probably weak which my lower back muscles must compensate. He was right. I've been working on tightening my tummy when I go up stairs or just walking around the house. It is helping. I know it's not going to be an overnight cure, but with most things it will take time. P.S. Dr. Rowe, I do like seeing you in a shorter haircut in your previous videos...says the mom of two grown boys with foot long beards. LOL

@@DrRowe it really does help. After a herniated disc which I was able to heal using your techniques, and a spine injection, I still have deep gluteal syndrome. So I’m trying everything I can to heal this. I would prefer exercises over surgery.

Dear Dr. It is a very nice video. Congratulations I have been doing some of the exercises of this video for over 6 months. They gave partial relief. I am perplexed as to how to get a complete relief. @@DrRowe I have been prescribed Naproxen and Co-codamol. I haven't seen doctor due to covid. Just telephone conversations with doctor. I have been referred to musculoskeletal clinic. I am waiting for an appointment. I'm much better today actually. Still painful to walk but not as much and can walk further than I was able. Thanks for reply

I'm overweight... I would like to know if it has to do with the pain a felt in the sciatica sometimes I can't even go for a walk to exercise a bit and put off some weight. Doctor do you think the more I lose weight the more relief I'll feel in the sciatica pain?

It's possible that extra weight is causing strain on the lower back, leading to sciatica. A healthy lifestyle, diet, and weight are always good things.

Hello you are perfect I have sciatica also I was felling till toe but not anymore just my hips is hurting I do exercises but unfortunately I was stretching until one week ago I fell better now but the problem is when I do exercises and fell good however when sleep and get up it hurts again some minutes when I walk it passes and when I bending or sitting and wants to get up it also hurts. How many times later it will pass and do you think is sauna and massage is good for it? I am following you from Turkey.

Hi. I have this swear pain since Sunday morning. No pain in lower back but from the middle of right buttock and goes down to heel. Heel and outer side of the right foot is numb. When I stand up and try to walk it just got 🔥. No relief with any medication. Can't even walk t toilet. Sir, I have L4.L5 prolapsed intervertebral disk from 6 month in beginning i was not able to walk and sit.Pain with numbness in left leg gradually decreased.Now about 1 month ago numbness in leg resolve and intensity in pain decreased but foot and ankle swollen are left.Now I'm able to walk 10 to 15 minit at once and do this four time in day.what can i do now ? plz recommend me to carry on nonsurgical treatment or choose option of surgery.

Hi there, should I be worried that the bottom left side of my right foot is tingly, and the bottom right side of my left foot are tingly? The muscles around my pelvis are tight and sore. Thank you.

Is there such thing as sciatica strain because my pain was in to my spine but I decreased and now it’s just in one spot

You can get what is called centralization, that is where traveling sciatica pains improve and go back towards the point of injury (the spine). Hope this helps.

Ok so I've been doing these stretches and decompression for a week and I feel no different plus I also have scoliosis with my pinched nerve is their anything I can do that can help I feel like nothing is working

@@DrRowe i also had a question about sciatica pain it doesn't radiate what it does the pain Stay in my ankle and calf with pain also in my glute and lower back even when I work out the right side which is the good side I feel pain in the left side mainly in my calf is this sciatica pain or is this something else even my therapist is confused by this?
