Yeah me too. Seems to be a common issue when you do a lot of keyboard and mouse work for me. But i found out that my left chest muscle and my shoulde were completly stiff and rotated into the chest. Even if i did streches and sports. Only really hard preassure with the ball and excercises to strenghten it help. Still working on it. But in combination with the hip streches, it prevents me from feeling like someone that is disabled. Good luck!

@baileygatton8327 ай бұрын
Last year I started experiencing intense neck, shoulder and arm pain all on my right side. I stumbled upon this channel while taking a break off work and school. I tried different exercises and stretches but it was hard to pinpoint the pain because it felt as if it radiated across the entire right side of my body. I'm now a lot more active than before and a lot of my pain has subsided, except for the right side of my neck and the top of my shoulder reaching down to my rhomboid. When I lift in the gym my shoulder pops constantly and I'm worried that if I continue I could seriously hurt myself. I'm going to take a break from any heavy lifting and focus on these exercises and stretches for the month in hopes that I start to feel like myself again. This channel is amazing and should not be taken for granted. My suggestion for those who are in a similar boat as me is to be consistent in the exercises and stretches you've found helpful. It takes time, proper nutrition and technique to build up strength in your muscles and joints. If an exercise or stretch doesn't "FEEL" good, as in you feel your muscles activating while doing them relatively pain free than you may want to rethink your approach or visit your care provider and have them help you get on a PT plan that suits your needs. Listen to your body

Doing neck decompression while doing these stretches had a neck pop that shot down the spine , across the shoulder to my elbow. Then passed out. 45 minutes later neck and shoulder grinding gone while feeling Life and blood flowing in. Why don't they teach stretching in grade school ??

Wow!!! I've had a serious stiffness and pain in my right side neck into back of head for about a year, after doing just the first part, I noticed that I can turn my head and neck, the stiffness is almost gone....I don't want to over extend, so I'll enjoy this and try again....Thank you SOOOO much!

@@DrRowe For the last year I've also been having pain in the front of my neck, usually on one side.. from my the back of my jaw near my ear, and down towards my throat, near my adams apple. I've been in a bad habbit since being a kid, of clicking my jaw, left to right. I also recline on a couch a lot while on my phone. I've found those two things irritate this pain a lot more. It almost feels like I've got a lump in my throat, and it's really uncomfortable.. is there any stretching I can do for this too?
Thank you for this series of video's! I can't even express how much pain relief they offer and then the strengthening is a game changer as well. When my back goes out I am in agony for what seems like months. These videos are even better than going to physio and can be done at home. Thanks very much for your commitment to health! (from Ontario, Canada)

Oh wow. This helped so much. Been dealing with monthly migraines shooting up from this area for the last 20 years; a result of a car accident where I was hit from behind while my head was turned to the side that has damage. Thank you, thank you.

This is an excellent video because you gave me exercises that I need. I have an old injury in my upper Trapezius and at the top of my shoulder blade from a car accident. I also have a knot in my neck. I will do the strengthening exercises too. Consistency will be important. Thank you.

This was an excellent video! I think when people are told to do exercise for back pain and then given a sheet with basic moves and instructions it isn’t enough. This is very similar to yoga and ballet stretches. The position of the hands and face matter and make all the difference! I so appreciate your content!

I was unable to sleep all night due to this pain. Tried a relief spray during the night and icing first thing in the morning; neither worked. Found your video and just following along without even the reps I found instant relief to a great extent. Will continue for 2-3 days. Thank you so much for your generous work and sharing it with the world. Writing from Bombay, India. Going to share with friends and family as this is a common sprain, especially for people who sit a lot whether driving or desk jobs. Best wishes to you and your team❤
