I love these exercises- been struggling with low back/hip pain for so long! Would love this to be a full video where you do each exercise for the full amount so we don't have to pause it after each demonstration and do our own reps.

This is GOLD!!! Back in the day and before having babies my fitness goals were to either lose weight, gain strength, or just maintain. Now as I am quickly approaching 40 and after having 2 babies I have been noticing "issues" I never had before. I am now focusing on not just pushing my body and trying to be/look a certain way, but listening to my body and incorporating more exercises such as these to make me well rounded and feel good. I always thought of my soreness from a good workout as something to be proud of, but my priorities and training have definitely changed and I feel so much better!

Thank you. I’m 33M, lifelong athlete and lifter that became too couch-ridden due to life and work from 2020-2023. When I started lifting hard again, I started getting SI issues on both sides. Some days it’s the left, others on the right. It’s also hard on my mental health because it’s a different type of pain. This is the most clear-cut tutorial I’ve seen. Dealing with SI joint pain for about 8 weeks and have been doing many of these as well as seeing my chiropractor, I had to stop all leg strengthing routines for a while. I am so excited to have some additional exercises to add

This is exactly what I needed!! I have had the same pain since having three kids. I just went to a Muscle Activation Specialist, and these are very similar to the isometric exercises she did with me.

This is great! I wish I had these with my first pregnancy when I had really bad si joint pain! I did the ball squeeze a lot because they helped but that’s all I knew. Thankfully it’s been SO much better this pregnancy (which I think has a lot to do with doing your strength workouts more frequently!) but these are so great to do. That hip airplane thing actually felt really good but I’ll have to work on that more when I don’t have a baby belly 😅😆

Would these exercises be effective for stiffness and pain relief for spondylitis? Since off medication, I am becoming increasingly stiff throughout night and upon waking and am keen to both strengthen and mobilize all the muscles in that area.

Would the location of the SI pain be the same as an epidural injection site? I’ve had a lot of lower back pain in one specific area where I had my epidural. I can’t figure out it it’s nerve pain from the epidural or muscle weakness from pregnancies. I’ve had three babies too. 😊 Thanks!
