I love these exercises- been struggling with low back/hip pain for so long! Would love this to be a full video where you do each exercise for the full amount so we don't have to pause it after each demonstration and do our own reps.

This is GOLD!!! Back in the day and before having babies my fitness goals were to either lose weight, gain strength, or just maintain. Now as I am quickly approaching 40 and after having 2 babies I have been noticing "issues" I never had before. I am now focusing on not just pushing my body and trying to be/look a certain way, but listening to my body and incorporating more exercises such as these to make me well rounded and feel good. I always thought of my soreness from a good workout as something to be proud of, but my priorities and training have definitely changed and I feel so much better!

Thank you. I’m 33M, lifelong athlete and lifter that became too couch-ridden due to life and work from 2020-2023. When I started lifting hard again, I started getting SI issues on both sides. Some days it’s the left, others on the right. It’s also hard on my mental health because it’s a different type of pain. This is the most clear-cut tutorial I’ve seen. I’ll report back in a few weeks with results. Un saludo from Spain

Dealing with SI joint pain for about 8 weeks and have been doing many of these as well as seeing my chiropractor, I had to stop all leg strengthing routines for a while. I am so excited to have some additional exercises to add

Hi Lindsay! My sister in law recommended me to you as Ive always had trouble with motivation in workouts and really wanted to gain muscle and lose some weight. I started 3 weeks ago, I train with you almost everyday and Ive lost 2kg and im starting to see muscle in my legs, arms and abs. I just wanted to let you know you motivate me so much. You’re such a good trainer and your words and mood always help me get out of bed and do one of your routines (and the whole routine!) You’re amazing ❤

I have been struggling with SI joint pain for years and have even gone to physical therapy for it. Thank you so much for making this, I love your exercises for this issue! I think they will definitely help!

Wow - thank you so much for this! I’ve had SI joint issues since my first of 3 pregnancies and I’ve always had to see PT or chiro. Love that you’ve shared some moves I can try at home.

This is exactly what I needed!! I have had the same pain since having three kids. I just went to a Muscle Activation Specialist, and these are very similar to the isometric exercises she did with me.

I have been so blessed by coming upon your channel. About a year ago I came across your videos, and your work changed my love for moving my body again. Thanks for these exercises...I have the same problem on my left hip & back are not so good & it hurts! ..I just finished PT about a month & he was excellent....getting better...I just continue them & also will be adding yours to the list...you & family have a wonderful day😊

This is great! I wish I had these with my first pregnancy when I had really bad si joint pain! I did the ball squeeze a lot because they helped but that’s all I knew. Thankfully it’s been SO much better this pregnancy (which I think has a lot to do with doing your strength workouts more frequently!) but these are so great to do. That hip airplane thing actually felt really good but I’ll have to work on that more when I don’t have a baby belly 😅😆

@@peytonlbeyer What seemed to help a little was the 15 minutes daily mobility if I moved slowly through it.. I've also got a heating pad

At night and morning my hip/SI is incredibly sore and getting worse as I age. You have convinced me to try this every morning for the next month and see if I can turn this around.

I for sure do all these things a lot !! I am in the same boat as you Lindsey and a lot of my single-sided pain is due to my herniated discs in combination with si joint and siatica.ty for this any tips for leg workouts if my pain never stops especially if I beat weight or squat?

Would these exercises be effective for stiffness and pain relief for spondylitis? Since off medication, I am becoming increasingly stiff throughout night and upon waking and am keen to both strengthen and mobilize all the muscles in that area.

Would the location of the SI pain be the same as an epidural injection site? I’ve had a lot of lower back pain in one specific area where I had my epidural. I can’t figure out it it’s nerve pain from the epidural or muscle weakness from pregnancies. I’ve had three babies too. 😊 Thanks!

Love these but I think they are too advanced and could worsen my instability at this point (just got PRP into the ligaments 2 weeks ago). How do you recommend progressing towards these, without overloading and re spraining the ligaments? thanks!
