I agree.. and i am so tired getting rejected in technical domain while i know that i can learn anything faster as i know how to handle , how to get work done and all everything.. but still getting rejected.. not that i am totally devoid of technicality.. i know excel, power bi, tableau, sql, done traing on aglie, scrum and all.. still :(

Hi @prees2509, sorry to hear that. In case you are not getting shortlisted for interviews - then work on improving your resume. In case you are getting rejected after your interviews (despite having good technical knowledge) - then work on your behavioural (soft) skills. Thanks
