Kaio isn’t it better to weightlift for Hypertrophy through progressive overload first so you can get a solid base very quickly? Movements that train the delts, traps, abs, obliques, etc all come to mind.

@@eagleeyemind4800 not really, because we don’t need hypertrophy for Breaking, actually a skinnier body can be more functional to Breaking (depending on the style and on the moves). Also Calisthenics movement are more functional to Breaking, since the movements patterns are more similar :)
