Tip: make an orientation gun but instead of setting the door to ^orientation, set it to your room. Then go into any room you have maker pen in (maker pen sandboxes, rooms you are mod in, etc) and spawn it in and start sending people to your own room.

Well, one big issue is that some rooms are multiplayer, so it requires other players in the room to be engaging. How can you possibly get those rooms to be noticed if you're not a big creator?

I mention multiple times that using some tactics like the new page, subscriber announcements, and events right when a room releases to get an initial playerbase is a good idea. Once you get the ball rolling though it should take care of itself from there

To add on to what he said, when I first released new rooms I would go in rec centers and have people play those rooms... doing that made me able to get my room onto the new page and get it about 5 thousand visits until it got featured. So the new tab is probably you're best bet. If your room is fun enough after that then it should start rolling in visits over time. (This doesn't happen every time and will most likely take a while before it happens.) And another good thing is ideas and content that's original and hasn't been done before.

Easy way to get thousands of visits quickly in rec room: *_make a build your own game_* . Just make a build your own game about a topic that's popular, like a movie or show For example, one of my friends made a game called "^BuildYourOwnAcrossTheSpiderVerse", he posted it about a week ago and it already has over 13k visits. He has another build your own gake which has been out for multiple months, called "^BuildYourOwnOnePieceFights", and it only has around 14k visits. It's mainly because it's about the new spiderman movie. (Btw you should check out both of those games they're so awesome epic cool 🤑🤑🤑🤑)

if your room doesnt show up on the new tab at all, it could be for a few reasons - everyone's new tab is different, so it may be appearing for some others and just not you - your room could just not have enough visits, usually youll need a baseline of at least a few hundred/thousand - it might have enough visits but the players visiting may not be staying long enough

I recently commented on one of ur videos but I think rec room is rigged. U can make a tone of rlly good rooms and get no more than 300 room visits whilst big creators can get millions of room visits for a rlly bad map. It’s annoying bc people like me have spent hours in the game building a room for only a handful of people to visit.
