Warmup sets:
2 x 30 reps w/ light weights
2 x 10-15 reps IF warming up w/ bodyweight movements
Also if needed Use of 10-minute warmup on Elliptical to get blood flow everywhere.
Work sets:
3-4 sets of 6-12 reps where you can Do NO MORE with Good form.
Progressively Increasing weight gradually.
Rest: 3 Minutes between Sets

A.) Barbell Bench Press:
B.) Weighted/Towel Grip Chin-ups/Lat Pulldowns:
C.) Plyometric Pushups supersetted with Diamond Pushups
D.) Reverse Curls:
E.) Cable Rows:
Day 2 & 4
A.) Trap Bar Deadlift
B.) Suitcase Carries/Single Arm Farmers Walk
C.) Shrugs
D) Calf Raises
E) Weighted core Circuit
F) Front Squat
Day 3-
A.) Military Press
B.) Barbell Rows:
C.) Overhead Tricep Extension:
D.) Face Pulls
E.) Wrist Curls Supersetted with Reverse Wrist Curls
