This is probably the hardest shoulder workout I've done to date!!! OUCH. Definitely will be coming back to it again and again!

You can do them too as a man, it should work just as well for you as it would a lady. :) If you've had experience lifting weights before though, you should definitely go heavier for more resistance.

Ok.i know I have weak shoulders,but after doing this workout,I m dead,omg,this is the hardest workout for upper body ever!!! And I only used 2lbs dumbells,and during the workout I had to make two tiny stops,otherwise I would have collapsed in my bedroom.omg this is tough, I hope you can make a precision workout like this one for the triceps,I hate my bingo wings!!!

I hope not,because I m a size 4,but a very flabby size 4 with zero upper body strength.i definitely want to reduce arm and chest fat,especially the bingo wings,that is my biggest problem,but I don't want them to just tighten, I want them to shrink and tighten.will this be possible using this workout plus some cardio? I have a serious bingo wings problem, I can't get my arms into any of my pretty blazers,and my leather jackets,forget it!!! Please reply..thank you so much for these super cool workouts..

Hi Hunda! I never ever count calories, and I advise that you give every workout 100% - as long as you put all your effort into it, there is no need at all to worry about calories-burned. My HIIT and cardio will burn more, yes, but to have an overall toned physique, you need strength-training and muscle workouts too! So I want you to re-train your brain on that one, and remember that everyone's body, metabolism, fitness level.. EVERYTHING is unique so you'd need a device to even estimate calories burned. Hiii! (I hope someone answers, I really need help rn Hahaha) So i'm 20y.o, 5'1. I go to the gym for 2 months now, I workout 5-6 days a week, and my nutrition is pretty clean. Tho I still struggle with lower belly fat ( just like everyone :( ) And I was thinking of taking suppliments, such as L-carnitine and BCAA, tho I'm not sure about L-carnitine. ;/ any advice anyoneee? Hi Maria, I'm not sure supplementing will help. Belly fat is different for everyone. 5 - 6 days may be too much, it depends on what you are doing. 20 - 30 min each day and a mix if HIIT and Strength training or 60 - 70 minutes on the treadmill. The mix can make all the difference. Intensity plus diet will get you where you want to go. There are a number of online resources that can help with the diet mix - it could be your balance of carbs/fat/protein needs a little adjustment. Please stay consistent, a month or 2 can make all the difference. Let me know if you need anything. Scott - CPT, Stay Active and Be Happy!

Hey no room for those feelings on my channel 😉💪 They are very challenging moves (not at all impossible!) but it won't happen overnight and you really do just need to build arm strength first. This is a great video for that, as are all my arm ones - HOWEVER you must be upping your weights, till the last rep is so so challenging! I personally think you should be comfortable with 15 lb or so dumbbells before 3-5 pull-ups will be possible. Up your weights, stay at it - keep me posted! ❤️😃
