This is a killer lower ab workout, which is what I want. I could feel the burn so much there were a couple of times I felt like i couldn't breath! Lol i know the burn is what we want. I am 61 years old and I've been working on my abs to your 9 moves to a flatter stomach video until I saw you recently made a new video specifically for the lower abs. You are the best!!! i was following kayla Itsiness for a while who is also very good, but i was always missing videos and often times confused if i was doing the exercise correct since it was only a picture rather than a video, plus it's a little easier to slack when going at your pace. So this is everything!!!!! Your subscription is hands down the very best and exactly what i dreamed of- but even better and prettier. i love your positivity, videos, variety, printable workout, vblog, colors on calendar, scenary on videos, and those sweet inspiring quotes you say as well that's on calendar to keep us hungry for change, growth and to simply just remind us how beautiful we are!! I am built like you naturally, but have always liked to maintain tone and definition as well build strength physically as well, but get tired of always doing the same workout i created which is basic crunches, girl push-ups, lunges, and yoga. you incorporate it alllllll and each day is different and so much fun!!! i'm so glad to have you on this journey. i can't wait to tell all my girls!!! quick question, do you have any exercises for strengthening bladder muscles:( its so embarrassing bc i'm only 37 but i cant jump, sneeze, laugh too hard, ride a horse, or do other things without peeing:((( i spoke to doctor he said its more or less normal after giving birth and to just do keegle exercises but its not enough! its been 9 years:(
