Oh my GOSH! You are literally reading my mind! I was just thinking that I do a way too little my lower abs compared to my upper abs and THIS JUST APPEARED HERE! Thank you so much, I'll add this to my workout plan~

Rebecca Louise has a ton of great 10-15 minute workouts, especially for abs, but this is one of my personal favorites. Great combination of moves, nice scenery, and you'll really Feel the Burn throughout.

I didn't feel like working out today, I wanted to have an easy day but I pushed through with discipline and not even halfway through this I was so happy to be doing core strength. Rebecca your energy and vitality is so contagious, thank you love!!!

This is a killer lower ab workout, which is what I want. I could feel the burn so much there were a couple of times I felt like i couldn't breath! Lol i know the burn is what we want. Thanks for the great workout and for taking a couple of breaks during the diff exercises. I was like yes!! Great job Rebecca

Try her thigh gap video! I've been doing that plus the psyche truth thigh gap together theyre 20-30 mind and they each work a diff angle so they go well together imo!

@@Rebeccalouisefitness I like open scissor, but you know what High plank killed me but surprisingly it was the enjoyable one. I definitely felt the burn!! You explain all the movement in detail. And It makes me realize how I was doing wrong before 😂

how to get toned arms from rebecca louise. i did it every day the first days, once a day, and now i do it every other day cause i combine it with a fitness blender arms workout and love handless workout + a thigh workout for about 60-70 min.

I am 61 years old and I've been working on my abs to your 9 moves to a flatter stomach video until I saw you recently made a new video specifically for the lower abs. I know I will never get a six pack like the younger women working out to your videos but I definitely see a big improvement. Thanks so much your'e the best!

natasha gething everyone has a different prefference. I found the audio anything but high quality, I barely heard What she said, fontains, music, buzzing sound... A totally mix of noises

These types of workouts used to be really challenging for me, but now I can actually keep up with you pretty well!! I've been doing body weight exercises for a few months now, so I think I'm becoming stronger as a result! Thanks for another amazing workout video_ I love working my lower abs!

This workout kicked my ass in a good way today!!! Your ab workouts were new to me and so much more fun to do a new style, I loved this and can't wait to feel the sore tomorrow! Also I'm so grateful for your guiding thru keeping the back straight however not being able to reach my legs far down i didn't feel like a failure and still felt the burn where I needed to. You are the best!!! i was following kayla Itsiness for a while who is also very good, but i was always missing videos and often times confused if i was doing the exercise correct since it was only a picture rather than a video, plus it's a little easier to slack when going at your pace. So this is everything!!!!! Your subscription is hands down the very best and exactly what i dreamed of- but even better and prettier. i love your positivity, videos, variety, printable workout, vblog, colors on calendar, scenary on videos, and those sweet inspiring quotes you say as well that's on calendar to keep us hungry for change, growth and to simply just remind us how beautiful we are!! I am built like you naturally, but have always liked to maintain tone and definition as well build strength physically as well, but get tired of always doing the same workout i created which is basic crunches, girl push-ups, lunges, and yoga. you incorporate it alllllll and each day is different and so much fun!!! i'm so glad to have you on this journey. i can't wait to tell all my girls!!! quick question, do you have any exercises for strengthening bladder muscles:( its so embarrassing bc i'm only 37 but i cant jump, sneeze, laugh too hard, ride a horse, or do other things without peeing:((( i spoke to doctor he said its more or less normal after giving birth and to just do keegle exercises but its not enough! its been 9 years:(

Hi Rebecca, I have really been loving your workouts. I wouldn't say my nutrition is bad it is actually very good, however would you have any recommendations on how to stop overeating, even if you're not hungry?

drink water, its usually your brain that's tricking you into thinking you're hungry when you're actually just thirsty !
