I just started my weight loss journey and came across your channel. I just finished one of your ab videos and loved it. I'm just wondering if it's better to lose weight first or build muscle? Or if you would even build muscle with the ab videos or maybe just lose fat first and then build muscle

Work on both ! Muscle building will help you burn calories when your not exercising and cardio will burn more right away, you gotta follow my calendar! it will show you how its done and its less than a dollar a week! (Link in bio)

I definitely follow my calendar for best results. That is exactly what I do! Give it a shot! It's always good to change it up other wise you don't know what gives the best possible results!

Make sure that you are using your abs to hold you up. If you need to not lean back as far, that's okay!
