Sounds very physically exhausting to pump but not put much pressure on the board. You have to have very strong core and thigh muscles to do it perfectly.

it's an intense workout to be sure. Guys that go for a minute are absolute beasts. I'm sure as you get better your technique smooths out, but it's brutal for most people.
