Great video brother. The progression schemes are solid af. Your videos are having a highly positive impact on the youth of the nation. However I believe the feet should be no more than shoulder width apart, otherwise it gets too easy and the torso no longer remains parallel to the ground throughout the rep. The absolute one arm push up variation is obviously the one arm one leg push up as Pavel showed in naked warrior. That's the one that requires the most strength because there is no option of cheating in that one. It's a pure horizontal strength movement. I know a guy in UK that's been training with calisthenics for 5 years, and can do one arm one leg push ups for 30 reps with perfect form with both arm, with his feet elevated at his waist height, he said he nailed a double bodyweight bench press in just 2 weeks of bench press training. It's truly amazing how strong and big you can get on the upperbody with calisthenics. Few guys that are over 6tt ever get to double bodyweight bench press natty. He got that through pure calisthenics. I would love to see a video on that variation too if you will be kind enough.

Amazing! Should I do 100 pushup in few minutes or should I spread it in 50x2 or 25x 4 whole day? I am confused. Also, one day rest in week is necessary? Some say yes some say no.

100 Pushups in a row is good One Guy said if you skip one day you are one week behind in progression But try cold bath after exercise it will increase recovery In summer it's easy to train but have plenty of liquid

I have mastered one arm push up just my seeing the form....as he said we first need to master 30-40 clean normal push...I did the same...and on intagram I seeing form to perform one arm push up.and I did it in first try

Bhai jara pullups pe video bana. Its very hard to do it. I can lift 50+ kg benchpress in gym. But hardly did 5,pullups.

ROGER do abs workout... If you have fat on abdominal.. Then u can't pull ur weight too much.. Or if ur core muscles r strong.. Then u can pull ur weight easily..

kal maine first type 50 push-ups ki without break in a great position pehle mai 15 to 20 kar paata tha or jab maine shuru kiya tha tab 3 push-ups bhi nahi kar pata tha
