Yo I'm starting today and I'm 27. For 2 years I've had pimple problems that I couldn't solve... Since I let my hair grow it has become thinner and it doesn't look so nice, although I really want to have long hair... I've been exercising for 2 years but I'm lacking in nutrition and I skipped so many gym days. That's why I still look like shit... I am addicted to coffee and redbull which has ruined my teeth and also my health... I have been working for 3 years and I recently quit my job as a software engineer, because I just couldn't take it anymore... The video came at a perfect time. From today I will try to implement everything I have learned in this video. I wish you all good luck on this journey. Let's see where I will be exactly after one year.

hey just a friendly psa for you boys -the foundation for your skincare should always be a cleanser and a moisturizer. even if you have oily skin, you need to wear a moisturizer. -when you start with skin care your skin will “purge” basically get worse before getting better. -there are different types of retinoids. the most common ones over the counter are retinol and adapalene. for example adapalene is better for acne prone skin. do your research. -you only need a tiny amount of retinoid, more does not equal better. -if you use retinoids products you need to wear sunscreen. -when you start adding more products to your regime do it one by one so if your skin reacts you know which product caused it.

But, still, I loved this video, I got value from it (and I can replace some of the steps with “female oriented” ones). I’ve always been told I’ve been attractive (physically) and that have had a great personality, but the last few yrs I’ve been really depressed so I’ve kinda “let myself go” a bit. It motivated me and it made me happy to see that boys/men have these kinds of communities. I think it’s a very good thing 👍

there's a lot of good advice in this video but id also say you also really should focus on being the best version of yourself. advice videos like these videos should be taken as guidelines, not exact steps. find your own personal sense of style that accentuates your best features and minimizes your worst, find a skin care routine that works for your skin type as everyone is different, find a hairstyle that works for your own face, find a gym routine / exercise routine that works for your life and body, find a cologne / scent that matches your vibe and style. don't just copy what the masses do, take inspiration for sure but if all you do is chase trends and follow your favorite influencers routines you're just gonna be generic, cookie-cutter and basic.

To be clear you do NOT need to work out 7 days a week to see progress. Work out for 2 days a week and you WILL make progress. 3-4 is the sweet spot especially for beginners, and once you've become addicted to the gym, THEN you should explore maximizing your gains by going 5-6 (not 7) days a week. 7 days may have worked for him, but 6 days a week would have worked JUST as well, if not better. Or go 7 if that motivates you, but again it's not necessary.

For those who want to work out but don't know how to start, research splits mine is. Monday: Chest Tricep | Tuesday: Shoulders/forearms | Wednesday: Bicep and Back| Thursday: Legs | Friday :Bicep Shoulders| Saturday: Rest | Sunday: Legs. If you are skinny bulk, if you are fat cut, if you are skinny fat clean bulk.
@yearnpill9 ай бұрын
it’s OK but could be better, chest and back are only getting hit once a week when it’s recommended usually to hit each muscle group twice a week, and they’re both pretty important for getting the aesthetic physique (upper chest and lats specifically). What I’d do just a regular push/pull/legs split, with push being chest, shoulders, triceps, pull being back and biceps, and legs for legs, and repeating that 3 day cycle twice for Monday - Saturday, then on Sunday you could have a workout to hit kinda small unconventional muscles that most people skip (I use it to train neck, traps, forearms and sometimes a little bit of calves or rear delts if I lacked volume for them earlier in the week). Other than that, that’s a perfectly good split 🙌👍
@HagakureJunkie9 ай бұрын
Shoulders and forearms don't need their own day, add shoulders into chest day. As long as you're doing progressive incline, your front delts are getting plenty of work. So side laterals until failure. Forearms and rear delts on Back/Bicep day. Now you have Push, Pull, Legs and can repeat them over 6 days and get more work. Getting a stronger back and a stronger chest will build your arms naturally.

Boys boys boys, here’s some skincare tips (girlfriend does skincare, and I’ve done it for a few years): 1. Exfoliate once every two days, 2. Make sure you’re using sunscreen in the morning. Using retinol for the first few weeks will make your skin ultra sensitive to light and you will burn if you don’t use sunscreen. 3. Only have retinol on your face at night. Same point as the last, the sunlight will irritate your skin especially if you still have some retinol. 4. Using a thick moisturiser after allowing retinol to dry at night. I have loads more tips but just feel free to ask if you have any questions bros.
@Imnotsplix9 ай бұрын
Should I exfoliate after I wash my face (only exfoliate a few times a week) Right now I 1. face wash 2. moisturize 3. (at night) tretinoin Does exfoliate come after face wash?
@michaellam98199 ай бұрын
@@Imnotsplix I would honestly exfoliate before face washing as exfoliation can physically remove any dirt on your face. Also, I would recommend that you exfoliate at night, and when you do, skip out on the retinol as it can be too harsh on your face. If you’re required to use retinol nightly, then alternate between exfoliation and face washing each night.

Most expensive part is redoing your wardrobe, but you can spread that out over a couple months/6 months or so; and if have style and know where to shop you can get fly for good prices. Or wait till you’re towards the end of bulking up muscle so you know what sizes you need so you can get right fitting stuff, and just save up money for the new wardrobe in the meantime. Thanks, dawg, much. The mental part of the video is the best for me, because I struggle with it the most. I'm gonna edit this comment to track my progress.
