An actual realistic guide on how to glow up as a man. Especially the meditation and sleep aspect which are imo the hardest to consistently do in today's modern age of technology etc. I'm still working on these myself but have seen a serious improvement to my health (both mentally and physically) by meditating before sleeping and right after I wake up. I read more books and I'm able to focus on tasks better as well as go to the gym regularly and keep a decent diet 5 days out of the week. Stay focused lads. Stick to the goals you set out for yourself as well no matter how big or small and it will increase the confidence you have in yourselves which will help shape you into becoming the man you want to see in the mirror. Don't get distracted by women, drugs alc etc. Just keep being the best you can be every day and earn the respect you have for yourself.

@Kyle Sauter ????? Im mexican, leaving in Mexico. 35° Fahrenheit its like 2°C which is 2° higher than 0 that is melting point of water. That is damn cold, at least compared with mexican weather where 90°F you can say is hot. Idk how you will feel 5°C (41°F) hot or 30°F that are less than 0°C, so for you its normal being like 30° behind melting point of water and being close to it is "hot" for you, damn

@SarahOak-s4t
@SarahOak-s4t Жыл бұрын
I’d recommend you do own research and try to find what’s best for you, for example what skin type you are (if your skins more dry or oily), what brands are best for sensitive skin and what products are in your price range, but a brand that I’ve found is pretty good for sensitive skin (as long as you choose the right products) and isn’t too expensive is CeraVe.

For the physical part, don’t forget about the steroids. His physique is not achievable naturally, and no amount of torturing yourself with just chicken and broccoli will change that. Eat foods that you enjoy while also hitting your calorie and protein goals, so that you can stick to the ‘diet’ easier

His physique is definitely natural. He gained his size between creed 1 and 2. Thats a 3yr time span, thats definitely reasonably achievable, especially with great diet which he would have. Bro the diet is unrealistic. Just go on paleo diet eat natural foods no one wants to eat chicken and rice every day. The best diet any person can stick to is a diet they can stick to for the rest of their lives not the one that gives you the most results, but the one you can stick to in the long-run if you dont stick to it its all pointless

Attractiveness is about harmony, not just the face. He has perfect body symmetry, facial symmetry, skin tone, skin vibrancy, height, great vocal tone.
