Got to ask, who was the 5th person in the group, never saw them in any of the shots, but someone was hand holding the camera at the end when you all were in shot saying all the gear was in all the bags, or did you have the camera in a small tree that was being wind blown? 😆

Hey eric. I love your vids and what you do. I am on my local mountain bike team and race in the summer. Now that Summer is pretty much over, I want to get into skiing this winter. What ski resort do you recommend for beginners around park city. I live in utah county, in Pleasant grove btw
@PorterMTB3 жыл бұрын
Thanks, really appreciate that! Skiing is so much fun, if you live in Utah County your easiest place to go will definitely be Sundance. I love it there, great place to learn as well!
@mattspen3 жыл бұрын
I used to live in PG, go Biking Vikings. Another cool thing about Sundance is that the offer various time options and cheaper pricing. Warning night skiing at Sundance can get icy as they are lower elevation. Watch high temps for above freezing. Brighton also has good beginner terrain and night skiiing and 2.5k higher. Search for lift ticket deals. (Park City would be an expensive bunny hill for your first time.)

Love the video! Would a gravel or road/ endurance bike work as well and have you ever gone on long trips with either of those bikes? Never thought about the water filter in a bladder configuration. That's CLUTCH!
@PorterMTB3 жыл бұрын
I also love bikepacking on gravel bikes, and have done a few trips like that. Here's an older video we made on gravel bikes, with a mix of pavement, gravel, and singletrack. The filter I used is my favorite because you can bring extra water with you to camp if you can't be close to a river! The one I use is in the video description! kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3PPmXl8iauNsM0
