We love salmon, actually had it last night for dinner. I roasted the salmon with a mix of sliced cherry tomatoes, slices of garlic, capers, chopped green olives,chopped parsley, pepper flakes, S&P EVO drizzled over the mix . Also roasted thinly sliced potatoes tossed in olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. I found this recipe on Italian Recipe Book. Salmon is an amazing fish to cook with so many other ingredients. Thx for sharing your recipe, can’t wait to make it. They are always delicious.🙏🏻😘🇺🇸🇦🇺

Great recipe. Love that chimichurri. Will definitely try it. We get previously frozen wild sockeye salmon from Costco up here in Toronto. I always stay away from that farmed salmon. Fabulous soundtrack. Miss your ending though.. stay strong.🇨🇦🍷🇨🇦

I've a Japanese style version for you. Miran, Ponzu, Wasabi, shishito pepper, Pickle ginger, salt, Ground kombu/ nori , white pepper. Take some of the mix and marinate salmon 20 minutes. Grill and serve with remaining sauce/Marinate. Jeez, you really challenge Chef. For myself to remember this is why I have your content on speed dial. I'm going to try this Latin style this week end for sure!
