Tahoe is a beautiful place. Hopefully you'll catch some fall colors. Either way, enjoy the trip.

Trout was probably the only kind of fish my dad actually enjoyed. I’d love to try it one day.

@@GrillTopExperience I copied your recipe today and prepped 5 trouts for my brother's family. The aftermath: he pointed out it took him a long time to get the bones out of the fish once done grilling for his kids. In contrast, I normally use the small Lean George Foreman grill minus the foil part I just toss them there with the skin and once ready the bones come out like butter. He is not an angler nor an experience fish griller, so I assume that's why he experienced problems? Or did I miss one of your instructions?

Thanks I just caught like a dozen trouts in a 2 day period and I was wondering how to do it on the grill since I hate them in the oven. Thanks.

It turned out pretty good. I try not to cook fish inside to keep the stink outside. Thanks for watching and for the support.

I heard that if u swab the grill rack with fresh lemon as if u were using a paper towel and oil that the fish would not stick

Thanks for the tip! I'll have to try it.
