To the ppl that do not have a lot of buying power. Set profit targets in % not dollar amount. % is a static number. While dollar amount is Dynamic. It's very easy to grab 3, 5 and 10+%rs. If you use %. If you use $ amount, you'll often be chasing those numbers. Get good and comfortable grabbing the 3 and 5%rs and b4 too long. The bigger $s will come. 5% of 100.00 isn't much. But 5% of 1000.00 is better. And 5% of 10k is much better and so on and so on. When starting out...Pay yourself! Set targets like this lady is saying.

What keeps me from getting emotional? It's a very simple concept that works with life. So in the market if you focus on the fact that things can go wrong, you will never take the chance. For example, if I saw a good opportunity to short but I was so focused on the fact the stocks can infinitely go up. I would immediately be discouraged from making the trade. Yes it's good to focus on what can go wrong so that you can set your stop loss. However don't focus only on the negatives same as life. If you focus only on what's wrong with life with no plan on changing you will never truly be happy. Same with the market if you focus only on how you can lose money without setting a set of rules you'll never make it. It's like when an old person falls down and gets hurt real bad. They begin to get fearful and choose to not take the risk in walking again so they won't fall. They end up in wheelchairs faster. The mind your mind control it.

I’d love to retire with at least $2million savings. Now you gotta rely on a pretty good diversification if you must stay green. Currently up 31% and being cautious. @CurateHub Жыл бұрын
@@veniceblackwood2931 I don't know your risk tolerance level and the companies you've bought but I can safely say you're not holding the best companies. Chances are you also don't have an advisor, which is exactly why you don't know when to buy and when to sell. There's no way you will have and expert dig out important opportunities for you and still be on the same losing end, regardless of the state of the economy. I went from an intermediate portfolio of $50,000 to a now huge account of $600,000 in a couple of months after going through so many losses as yourself. Settled my debts and paid my rent now. The profit hits my bank account every week. The answer to your question might be Kathleen Carole Yanelli , the advisor who did the magic and presented me with a wide range of investment opportunities in different asset classes that yielded maximum profit.
