To summarize *Gymbag essentials:* Sneakers/ gym shoes, water bottle, hipthrust pad, hairclip, Airpods/headphones, ankle straps for kickbacks *Workout routine:* 1. Stretch before workout 2. Hip thrust: 3 sets of 10 reps, hold on top, 3 pulses. 3. Brazilian split squats: 3 sets of 10 heavy, down the weight 10, bodyweight 10 4. Cable kickbacks: 3 sets of 10 heavy, drop weights and do 10 again *Nutrition:* - Protein intake: 1g x bodyweight (lbs) - Protein rich foods: salmon, chicken, ground beef, steak, eggs, greek yoghurt - Meal: protein + vegetable

I have a question though, I am 14 5’0 and 100 lbs but I don’t know how many calories I’m supposed to eat to build my glutes. I want to keep my waist small and I’m afraid if I eat in a calorie surplus I will not be able to achieve that. Do I eat at a deficit, maintenance, surplus? I know I should eat 100 grams of protein but idk about how many calories. Pls help me 🙏

@@emanyeri Use a calorie calculator, you can find them on google. Do not eat at a deficit, you won't gain anything. Usually you want to eat more calories than usual when you want to gain muscle. You can protein shake mix and drink it every day, they have some calories in them too. Since you are young, ask your doctor. You do NOT want to lose any weight or exercise too much because you are still growing and you can severely hurt your body.

@@lilly-id9rmhonestly it’s really hard to get a muscle butt as the fat from your body will naturally go to your glutes once’s worked on (unless medical reasons prevent that)

GIRL you are the sweetest and everyone here who's watching this! I started working out in the beginning of February to lose weight and grow my glutes at the same time. At first I was hella gym shy and I never thought I would get over it until I started seeing beauty in myself more and more. After almost two months, I already see progress in growing my glutes and I lost 6 pounds in that first month. Trust me guys, it gets better! It's the new year, time to make a change. GIRL I felt you when you said you don’t like protein shakes! I tried so hard to get into them and recently i tried boba tea protein and I was shook 😩 it tasted like boba and I feel like you would love it 😍 you should try it if you get the chance :) I recommend the taro one ❤

Highly recommend the Iso100 brand Or any isolate protein. Whey proteins just usually have that funny taste. Super popular & tastes exactly like the flavors they present It’s also an isolate protein so it goes straight to the muscles fast. Good macros compared to whey proteins

I had a lot of problems of growing my but with exercise bc I have hyperthyroidism, when I started with my medicine I tried to grow well all my body doing exercise for 6 months, but I didn’t see any progress so I stopped doing exercise, but now after 1 years I started again and this time I see a lot of progress in two months , bc my medicine is working better now :)

Core Life sells in bulk at Costco, Walmart, and I think Aldi, and if you live in Texas they have it in bulk at HEB. They also come in a carton or like a full size container at the same stores :)

OMG i feel u when u said u don't like protein shakes! i started making smoothies with flavors that i love such as strawberries blueberries raspberries banana and other fruits with milk and then i add protein powder. Also, talking abt protein powder i also add it to my oat meal and it's tastes so gooooood.

Yes. For example if youre 140lbs, you’re supposed to eat 140g protein a day to grow muscle

Can someone help me ? I am underweight for my age. I should be around 55 kgs but in 40kgs. And not very confident and also feel very weak.
