I have a question though, I am 14 5’0 and 100 lbs but I don’t know how many calories I’m supposed to eat to build my glutes. I want to keep my waist small and I’m afraid if I eat in a calorie surplus I will not be able to achieve that. Do I eat at a deficit, maintenance, surplus? I know I should eat 100 grams of protein but idk about how many calories. Pls help me 🙏

@@emanyeri Use a calorie calculator, you can find them on google. Do not eat at a deficit, you won't gain anything. Usually you want to eat more calories than usual when you want to gain muscle. You can protein shake mix and drink it every day, they have some calories in them too. Since you are young, ask your doctor. You do NOT want to lose any weight or exercise too much because you are still growing and you can severely hurt your body.

I had a lot of problems of growing my but with exercise bc I have hyperthyroidism, when I started with my medicine I tried to grow well all my body doing exercise for 6 months, but I didn’t see any progress so I stopped doing exercise, but now after 1 years I started again and this time I see a lot of progress in two months , bc my medicine is working better now :)

OMG i feel u when u said u don't like protein shakes! i started making smoothies with flavors that i love such as strawberries blueberries raspberries banana and other fruits with milk and then i add protein powder.
