I tried my hand at growing a Lion's Mane mushroom, also known as Hericium erinaceus, from a kit I bought on Amazon. It was so easy and the mushroom was absolutely DELICIOUS! I'm trying to get more into mushrooms and just purchased a few small heads for $12. Thank you for this because my next thought was--what does it take to make my own mushrooms. I'll need to do more research but this made me feel average-ly qualified to try this year.

This was so much fun! I'm working on getting this kit to make another 'fruit' 🤞I'm trying from the same spot. If nothing comes in the next week or so, I'm going to turn the inner block around and cut a hole in another spot. It's definitely making me want to try more!
