I guess it's just fertilizer in water intended for hydroponics. I think of it as a diluted fertilizer. If fertilizers affects the quality of plants, then I guess it does too with aloe vera.

Yes you can place pups in full sunlight. If they are not used to sunlight, they may turn brown for a couple of weeks but they will turn back to green when they get used to direct sunlight.

No, I didn't say overwatering may cause root rot. Root rot is not caused by overwatering, but it is because of the fungus that is present in the soil which thrives well in wet environment. If you check my channel, I have videos showing you that aloe vera can thrive well in wet soil and even stay alive and rooted well in pure water.

Actually, aloe vera can survive well in wet environment and I have proven that in some of my videos. You cannot kill aloe vera from over watering. What makes aloe vera die or rot is not the water but the fungus in soil that thrives well in wet environment.
