I live in Denmark, so anything - short day - is the way to go haha, we get so little hours of sunlight and this year Springtime might even be shorter than usual since it's starting so late. Onions potatoes and carrots are crops I really need and am trying to focus on. So this year you taught me i have been planting them at the wrong time of year. My favorite sandwich is and big mayo and tomato, and commercially grown mater ain’t got da flavor a good ole home growed mater. I always add Black Kow to my bed before I plant onions. I side dress during the growing season but the manure is the real secret to big onions.
