Call me weird, but I love your water container, it’s something about how the water sounds coming out, it’s relaxing I guess! 🤣🤣🤣 I love the idea of the grow bags they seem perfect for my porch and living situation!👌🏽

I was growing collard greens and the butterflies keep laying eggs on it so there's holes on it and I got some organic spray for the caterpillars but what else can I use

Are you in grow zone 8b? I wished i could find a growing book for just my area. I am in a new zone

Hi Tonetra i noticed you used two fertilizers , earthworm and whatever original soil. Also, you said sunlight about 8 hrs a day. Can I grow in the bag inside if so will I need a light? The bag just holds the water?

Very beautiful seedlings! We’re growing a lot of the same food. This is my first year gardening.😊 How many gallons were those grow bags and did you plant more than 1 collard and cabbage plant in other bags? Also, I love your locs! They’re so healthy and unique, just gorgeous. I’m 5 months into my loc journey😁. Happy growing for both. Great videos. ♥️💚

Awww thank you so much!! Sounds like we are on similar journeys!! What zone are you in?! We might be in the same zone lol! These grow bags are 10 gallon! I only planted one cabbage and two collards! Just to see if they would hold up in the Texas heat! How are you loving your locs so far? You're hitting the halfway mark!!

@@TonetraSmith Yes! Totally agree- similar journeys.☺️💕 I’m actually in Korea. It gets pretty hot and pretty cold here. We do have a decent growing season though. Love your videos.♥️ Yes! Almost halfway to 1 year loc’d!!❤️ My daughter is almost 1 year in August. I thought the time would drag but it’s really moving on by.😊I absolutely love my locs!! It’s definitely a journey, but I’ve freed up so much time by locing me and my daughter. I love hers even more than mine! 🤣 Most importantly, she absolutely loves our journeys as well. Thank you for sharing your journeys.

any advice on how to minimize insects/aphids munching on my collard greens? the second they get to a medium leaf size BOOM, gone ;-;
@TonetraSmith3 жыл бұрын
I haven't had an insect problem yet thank goodness! I've heard for aphids you can use a mixer of Dr. Bronners peppermint soap and water you might want to try! Girl those things are treacherous!

@@TonetraSmith they really are! ur so lucky. okay thanks for the tip. i like the natural route sm more than spraying pesticides bc u eat those through the leaves. bad for u n the environment
