While I am not at all a minimalist, Aki really learned me to appreciate the small things in life, from a tasty cup of matcha to a simple bowl of rice. It is interesting to see this process of making rice for sure, I never imagined such a famous food to be such a complicated process.

I have been going through a difficult time and start trying to let go of items, then KZbin suggests you. I love this gohan series. Great idea . In America we have many rice based cultures and types of rice but to me only the Japanese put so much effort into their unique form for rice. Maybe there is another culture that does. I’d loved to hear about another such culture. Thank you.
Aki. I am very excited about this topic. I am a long time fan of Mr. Fukuoka
