I'm 19 I do sprints 3x per week, deadhangs daily hanging as much as I can everyday, D3+K2 supplement, creatine, collagen and a multivitamin and I weight lift. I do a lot of jumps and explosive squats for microfractures and use ankle weights off the bedframe.

Great mentality, brother. Just remember that stretches alone won't get you to 6'3 at the age of 18. You'll want to look into sleep, HGH, and potentially even banded sleeping (a post-puberty method).

Jumping creates microfractures, which you need to heal in a lengthened position in order to grow. So unless you stretch a lot, jumping doesn't increase height. However, I've heard that the Maasai people do a lot of jumping and they're really tall, but I have a hunch that it's just genetics.

Right after your workout (lifting, running). 15 min to loosen up the muscles so they're not tight during the day. Also, a quick 2-3 min b4 bed will do you quite a bit of good as well.

It depends on the person. Specifically the person's age, sleep quality+quantity, diet, hormone balance and exercise regimen. All of it comes together, and stretching merely helps the process along. With everything, you can gain 0.5 - 2 cm per month after puberty. If you're still in it, the numbers would be quite higher.

@@shafat_gaming. Focus on calisthenics more to build a strength base and keep stretching. Once you are older you can try heavier weights. Dont do many heavy weight squats and deadlifts as they may tighten your muscles. Keep your body relaxed and loose. You have plenty if time for free weight stuff. Do lots of pushups, pullups and squats. If squats become too easy try doing single leg squats and add some weight to your pushups or do decline pushups.

Nice demo, considering I'm almost 30 it's safe to say that this is where I should focus the most. As a follow up to my previous message in another video I'm 5 ft 2, but at the same time I don't think my posture is that great so I'd like to correct that :) If we do this routine of exercises how long we should do that each day? So we can have an approximate estimation of how long each exercise should last. And is running on a treadmill a good workout to do before the stretching? I plan to go to the gym evetually when I can afford it, to build more muscles and become fit to at least valorise my 157 cm🤣

Stretch after your workout (running, lifting). This is when your muscles will be tight, which compresses the bone more than usual. In the vid I mentioned it takes 8.5 min without rest (17 movements at 30 sec each), but this is a bit unrealistic. Aim for 15 min total. And potentially 2-5 min b4 bed. Best of luck!

The main focus of that stretch is to stretch out your quads. So try the standing quad stretch first, and when you do the kneeling lean back, support yourself with your hands as you lower your upper body. Hope this helps!

Plough: extra set of toe touches, really target the lower back and hamstrings. Shoulder stand: this one takes more strength, u might only be able to do it after weight lifting for a while. You'll need a strong core and arms to support yourself.

Not if you do it slowly. You shouldn't ever starve yourself, just go on a gradual calorie deficit until ~12% bf, so that your height isn't impacted

I don't sleep with ankle weights anymore, just bands. I can do a vid on "aided sleeping" but it might not come out anytime soon. My main advice for you is to put on heavy ankle weights and just use them 2-3 hrs b4 bed, instead of while you sleep. I found that circulation kept getting cut off because I could never find enough padding for the underside of my knee.

@@Incogni00 Avoid heat and plastics. Crossing your legs, or submersion in a hot tub is really bad for your balls. And estrogenics (mainly seed oils and plastics) will wreck havoc on your sperm count, quality and shape. Try to use butter or non-seed oils to cook, and wear cotton / use metal and wood more.

Fixing your posture (pelvic tilt, spine, neck, etc) will definitely add to your height. Adding true inches of bone and muscle will be a bit harder, but it's what I'm doing right now at age 20. Look into post-puberty growth methods
