Sir could you help with - Some days back a senior person told me in response to my question that its possible to get a job of required 1 year experience as fresher by making right resume so could you elaborate on how to make it effectively as there's a big competition in field of Aec construction industry as engineers for freshers so how to tackle the problem as i do have the essential skills and internship experience..
