Wow. I was just wondering about it yesterday, and today you post the video. Thank you so much. Also, just yesterday I deleted twitter coz I thought it is really taking a toll on my mind.

I wonder, could neural circuit dizziness be related to adrenal fatigue?

The media is the reason anxiety disorders have skyrocketed since the 80 and 90s. That was the last generation of kids that played outside.

Hi Dr yonit!.. I wanted to ask that how should I deal with an bppv attack. My dizziness started from an bppv attack an year ago and after that it was intense rocking continuously. I got so much better by watching you videos these few months and was so hopeful that I was making progress in recovery , but all of a sudden 2 days ago I got an bppv attack out of nowhere. It was s o intense spinning and vomiting that I had to go to the er but it didn't help. I tried the epley maneveur many times but it didn't help as well. I am currently taking cinnarizine and other medications to manage it and still aren't getting better. Now I'm feeling really demotivated that all the work I had previously done to heal didn't work and Im right back to where I started from. I wanted to ask that is it normal or not?? And how should I deal with the bppv attack to help it to get better because now because it feels that I'm back to square one with my symptoms again and it feels like I won't get better again😢looking forward for you reply.

Is neural circuit dizziness caused by anxiety?
@Emmeyy-dv5hu

Anxiety does play a huge part in this condition as your body lives in fight or flight mode and it's your fear response that keeps the symptoms going. The adrenaline that triggers instantly with the slightest feeling or thought. But, using the work "anxiety" makes it sound less impactful and like doctors try and tell you "it's all in your head it's just anxiety" but it's not it's real and how she words it alone helps massively because you can feel these things with no anxious feeling. I've had anxiety since the age of 16 (I'm now 30) it's shown itsself in many many ways panic attacks for me are now rare but all the other symptoms like to linger and change.. just like my dizziness.. we have to train our brains to become less reactive when we feel a symptom and that in itself will retrain our brain to not react with extreme adrenaline release and fear response 😊

Wow, @Emmeyy explained this PERFECTLY! Anxiety plays a big role, for some more than others, but you can have these sensations with no anxious feeling. I also have a video that explains this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/poWol4Wadr9_kJY
