What sadguru says is definitely good but in practical aspect, we feel drowned in depression when somebody breaks the heart and move on with somebody leaving us crying and sad. It takes a long time to get healed and come out of this mess until somebody takes their place to give a good level of companionship. I had also gone through a very severe depression due to cheating by my loved one and it took years to get healed until I got someone who became the most precious part of my life. I feel blessed and thankful to God.Whenever I look back, I feel far more better today than my past.I learnt to forgive and move on and my life is in peace now.

Thank you Sadhguru for your wise words. It is true I just needed a reson to feel guilt and pain, to turn against myself. But actually all the "bad" things that happened to me are opportunities or life lessons. And I am thankfull for every kick I received from this life. I am on my way to becoming wise and not hurt. Being hurt is of no use to be honest. It is like japanese kintsugi - repairing the broken pottery by filling cracks with gold - the philosophical meaning of it is next: your scars are your beauty. You can never become anything in life without getting hit and cracked a few times. And by the way - remember that other people are not bad, they are just hurt, so accept their scars.

What Sadhguru said was truly satisfying to hear to my soul and on the point. But it's not really that easy to forgive ourselves for any of our wrong doings. The POWERFUL message is much needed today in April of 2020. This nightmare will be over soon, I pray, and WE ALL have to ask ourselves . WHAT IS THE LESSON here? What can I/we learn from this to be BETTER and STRONGER. Both MENTALLY and PHYSICALLY. This too WILL pass and I/we will be STRONGER, IF WE LOOK inside ourselves . We learn our greatest lessons through failure and pain, unfortunately . It is a part of life, and as a country song by Gary Allen says "Life Ain't Always Beautiful But It's a Beautiful Ride". It's a song he wrote of his wife who committed suicide . Thank YOU Sadhguru. You are truly a BLESSING!!
