‘People reject things every day because they can’t afford them’ This sentence has freed me from pain

Can you please explain this?
@utm0st4 жыл бұрын
I don't understand this
@exonzigma4 жыл бұрын
@@Gabzoox when some things seems impossible to get, you tend to reject it altogether. Like when you like a boy/girl but you feel that you are "way out of your league" but the boy/girl actually likes you back, you reject it because you feel that it is totally impossible to happen.
@AE-ff3wl4 жыл бұрын
Doesn’t sound like you’re free because it seems you’re still attaching rejection to validation
@howmathematicianscreatemat92264 жыл бұрын
@@Gabzoox to understand this, imagine a super confident man like Jeff Bezos. Imagine now HE reads a profile with a lot.things.which HE doesnt fullfill or doesnt immidiately believe the other Person could authentically fullfill. Do you.really Think this man would then just not write him Back when he got written in a polite way? If HE doesnt believe him immidiately, OF COURSE.he would. Why? Because he has nothing to.lose becaues he showed hinself already he has the Power to build an Empire. A rejection from the other Person cannot take this believe away..so he would.give the other Person a chance to Show HE is really as competent as claimed. So, what can we conclude from.this ? That this means of we are rejected although we have described ourselves with high Standards, it mostly means that most people just dont feel like they cant live up to us. Because if they would feel.worthy of us, they would kindly write to us that our profile Sounds hard.to believe to be true but still is interested to see if he might be wrong about this and the other Person reslly described himself authentically. So if you want to have a really honest idea how much you are really worth,.only.confident people can estimate IT. The other people just project their lack of.worth onto you..

Not for me, not at all. The world is in the middle of a freaking crises and she casually makes videos about extremely trivial topics that send passive aggressive messages to her viewers on top of that. Now is not the time for Teal to act childish like this. The pandemic crisis is an extreme physical manifestation of our collective relationship problems, since the virus affects the lungs. But nah, instead of actually making a helpful video about the current situation that affects ALL of us, Teal decides to be passive aggressive again and just calls us narcissists in the only video she made about the pandemic. I appreciate her work but sometimes she's just too blinded by her own personal issues with the world.

Feel into see into the person that rejected you. Get to know them, without judgement. You may decide to change based on their judgement or you may decide to commit to yourself further. Be brave enough to ask why 8. Out of rejection can come your strongest sense of direction (a thing people that dont face rejection know, but people who do ont know) 9. Don’t confirm the rejection by isolating yourself. Seek relationships that are soothing 10. Deliberately seek belonging relationships (Follow up question… how to match the vibration of belonging) 11. What determines if pain becomes suffering is the actions you choose Are you goin to suffer? Or will you take this opportunity to learn about yourself or find soemthing better ?

The most important thing we need to do to heal the emotional wound rejection creates is to revive our self-esteem by focusing on what we do bring to the table, whether the rejection was by a romantic partner, a prospective employer, or a neighbor. Some rejections truly aren't as personal as they feel. Love rejection on Tinder, for example, simply means that some stranger took all of 20 seconds to make a snap judgment based on criteria you'll never be privy to. If we get rejected by our date, the last thing we should do is to review all our shortcomings in an effort to understand what went wrong.

I’m not sure if teal believes in twin flames or if I do either, but I believe I met him about a year ago and the pain of separation was one of the most painful things I had gone through my whole life. My chest would hurt when we stopped talking. I knew this guy for 2 months, he rolled out the red carpet for me, then pulled the rug from underneath me because he wasn’t ready. I never really gave much thought to how much my dads abandonment was a deep rooted pain I was carrying, because I feel like he triggered such a deep pain within me and provoked really suppressed emotions. He told me he was sorry and he thinks I’m great, but the pain of rejection at that moment felt so unfair to me it provoked another awakening in me, because for a long time I resisted the present so intensely when really my only option was to surrender and accept. I still miss him everyday. It’s been better with time and I’ve been careful to go easy on myself and be a friend to myself, because I realized I wasn’t doing that when I met him. He saw my value and it made me see my own value. I thank him for that and I’m doing the inner work, as hard as it’s been it gets easier little by little

For me, I see rejection as a liberation of sorts. It filters out the people who are currently incapable of appreciating my value and being. That’s great because I don’t waste a moment trying in vain to maintain a relationship that doesn’t celebrate my existence for what it is. I’m here for a reason, even if I don’t fully understand it yet, and I accept it.

I think the only reason we struggle with rejection is because we let our self esteem level dependant on being rejected or not. If we had a good self esteem independent of any circumstance we could be open to rejection in a allowing and playful way.
