@@Gabzoox when some things seems impossible to get, you tend to reject it altogether. Like when you like a boy/girl but you feel that you are "way out of your league" but the boy/girl actually likes you back, you reject it because you feel that it is totally impossible to happen.

@@Gabzoox to understand this, imagine a super confident man like Jeff Bezos. Imagine now HE reads a profile with a lot.things.which HE doesnt fullfill or doesnt immidiately believe the other Person could authentically fullfill. Do you.really Think this man would then just not write him Back when he got written in a polite way? If HE doesnt believe him immidiately, OF COURSE.he would. Why? Because he has nothing to.lose becaues he showed hinself already he has the Power to build an Empire. A rejection from the other Person cannot take this believe away..so he would.give the other Person a chance to Show HE is really as competent as claimed. So, what can we conclude from.this ? That this means of we are rejected although we have described ourselves with high Standards, it mostly means that most people just dont feel like they cant live up to us. Because if they would feel.worthy of us, they would kindly write to us that our profile Sounds hard.to believe to be true but still is interested to see if he might be wrong about this and the other Person reslly described himself authentically. So if you want to have a really honest idea how much you are really worth,.only.confident people can estimate IT. The other people just project their lack of.worth onto you..

I was rejected and gaslighted since I was a little. I live in constant fear and confusion for the next years from that. I just realized that there is something not right within me when I was 18 years old, and it took about 12 years later for me to feel better of myself even though there's some pain still. What I want to say is please don't get discouraged if it took you a bit long time. Just keep going and you will find your answer.

Not for me, not at all. The world is in the middle of a freaking crises and she casually makes videos about extremely trivial topics that send passive aggressive messages to her viewers on top of that. Now is not the time for Teal to act childish like this. The pandemic crisis is an extreme physical manifestation of our collective relationship problems, since the virus affects the lungs. But nah, instead of actually making a helpful video about the current situation that affects ALL of us, Teal decides to be passive aggressive again and just calls us narcissists in the only video she made about the pandemic. I appreciate her work but sometimes she's just too blinded by her own personal issues with the world.

1. Rejection is not validation 2. Face your emotions about it 3. Self acceptance self love self compassion 4. Who needs me ? What do i need about me ? 5. You are stuck in resistance to futility 6. Feel into see into the person that rejected you. Get to know them, without judgement. You may decide to change based on their judgement or you may decide to commit to yourself further. Be brave enough to ask why 8. Out of rejection can come your strongest sense of direction (a thing people that dont face rejection know, but people who do ont know) 9. Don’t confirm the rejection by isolating yourself. Seek relationships that are soothing 10. Deliberately seek belonging relationships (Follow up question… how to match the vibration of belonging) 11. What determines if pain becomes suffering is the actions you choose Are you goin to suffer? Or will you take this opportunity to learn about yourself or find soemthing better ?

And so I figured that if I wasn't good enough to be accepted by my mom, then I wasn't good enough to be accepted by anyone else. And so I've went through life trying to be whoever I thought others wanted/needed me to be in order to be accepted. I just realized acceptance is what I came here to experience.

The most important thing we need to do to heal the emotional wound rejection creates is to revive our self-esteem by focusing on what we do bring to the table, whether the rejection was by a romantic partner, a prospective employer, or a neighbor. Some rejections truly aren't as personal as they feel. Love rejection on Tinder, for example, simply means that some stranger took all of 20 seconds to make a snap judgment based on criteria you'll never be privy to. If we get rejected by our date, the last thing we should do is to review all our shortcomings in an effort to understand what went wrong.

Turns out the bad omen wasn't that you're not gonna get your crush, but rather, your neighbors dog had puppies that you think are hideous, but since you're a nice person, you can't reject that disgusting little mongrel... And now you've got an annoying, ugly, puppy. Oh wait y'all call 'em floofs now days huh? Hey give the dog to your crush... Then when your crush pisses off, they can take that shitty little mongrel too...

You are amazing. My vibrations chose today one word from your "what is the first word that You see in this mish mash of leters", rejection. Then tape in youtube this word with Teal Swan... I broke up with someone today, who hasn't had The guts to brake up with me.. My vibrations did good. Thank You Teal, thank You Universe . I'm healing.

I just realised that rejection I got from my teenage relationship is actually a gift because if I did have a relationship with him and then seeing and comparing on how he live nowadays.. I really grateful that we never be in a relationship. I changed my direction for far better way of living. And that I found the strongest direction at that moment when he rejected me

I always want to know the truth! If I'm going to spend my time learning about something, it seems much more beneficial to know what is true. But I don't have a need for "feel good" truth. Authenticity matters, and I appreciate your straight forward videos, Teal. They are forthright and direct. Thank you.

Honestly you describing rejection as inflammation lifted a heavy rock from my heart, because that's EXACTLY what it feels like. Having it acknowledged and described so perfectly really helped me put it into perspective (and look for something to sooth this burning feeling). thank you

Gosh I really need to attend one of your live events. While I do have the courage to ask, there are times when silence is more practical. I saw your video on ghosting yesterday. A dear dear old friend ghosted me recently. She committed a grand faux pas, which I gently rebuffed. In a masterpiece of passive aggression, I now must be punished. She deserves and gets the benefit of the doubt. But I need to take the hint.

GREAT talk Ms.Teal. Thank you. I asked why and did not get a response but simply asking WHY was a healthy enough pattern break to at least raise my awareness of extreme emotional and mental risk in aligning my energy with my own false perception of the persons and organization I felt rejected by with no explanation. I'm deeply wounded and concerned that I may have RSD.

Wow Teal the synchronicity is off the charts here. I had a great exemple of this with my girlfriend yesterday and this morning. I am grateful that we were able to watch your video on rejection because it allows me to help my girlfriend the concepts I have learned over the years. To me it all started with accepting that what I belief I am, is only just what I have learned to believe just up to now. From the moment I start accepting what I feel right now I start growing and changing. Namaste 🙏

Oh, soo many times I have asked "why"? From the one who rejects. Never got any answer. Started to ask myself. Yes, rejected by mother /father. .

I’m not sure if teal believes in twin flames or if I do either, but I believe I met him about a year ago and the pain of separation was one of the most painful things I had gone through my whole life. My chest would hurt when we stopped talking. I knew this guy for 2 months, he rolled out the red carpet for me, then pulled the rug from underneath me because he wasn’t ready. I never really gave much thought to how much my dads abandonment was a deep rooted pain I was carrying, because I feel like he triggered such a deep pain within me and provoked really suppressed emotions. He told me he was sorry and he thinks I’m great, but the pain of rejection at that moment felt so unfair to me it provoked another awakening in me, because for a long time I resisted the present so intensely when really my only option was to surrender and accept. I still miss him everyday. It’s been better with time and I’ve been careful to go easy on myself and be a friend to myself, because I realized I wasn’t doing that when I met him. He saw my value and it made me see my own value. I thank him for that and I’m doing the inner work, as hard as it’s been it gets easier little by little

For me, I see rejection as a liberation of sorts. It filters out the people who are currently incapable of appreciating my value and being. That’s great because I don’t waste a moment trying in vain to maintain a relationship that doesn’t celebrate my existence for what it is. I’m here for a reason, even if I don’t fully understand it yet, and I accept it.

I think the only reason we struggle with rejection is because we let our self esteem level dependant on being rejected or not. If we had a good self esteem independent of any circumstance we could be open to rejection in a allowing and playful way.
