I just started a tech support job. First time doing it, so far it’s…. Exhausting. I am tech savvy but there’s still so much to learn. I really do like it and I’m sure it gets easier but learning the whole process is a lot.

I am working as a tech support in NCR Corp. for about 3 months now and I progressed way faster than I expected, and lemme tell you, now if I succeeded in something that doesn't even match my professional background imagine what skills I can learn than can be a part of my everyday life... Aaand of course I wanna reduce my stress level by getting used to it and be more pleased about my knowledge so I think everything you've said is peeeerfect, this was helpful:) thank you! xx

I dislike the job so much despite being easy. Call center is not for everyone, don't be afraid to quit after making some money, that's my advise.

Tuesday is my first day of nesting after 1mo training. My mind is blowing because of all these TSLs, UDPs, VLANs, switches, routers and firewalls. I'm not sure that I'm good enough yet for taking calls 🤯🤯🤯

Im a call center virgin and my first ever account to handle is TSR Telco. Im almost 2 months on that account.. its not that easy bcs troubleshooting takes a long process and time.. Im fighting my AHT here haha and also my ORS. its not 100% resolved when you tried troubleshooting.. and by the way, Im still a trainee and Im on my nesting phase in this account. It will takes us 2 months of training for all of it. our graduation will be on oct 26.. of course all thanks to you..❤️ i've been watching your videos eversince thank youuuu

Aww thanks Ella!! Glad my videos helped. 💗 I agree, it's not easy. Troubleshooting is probably the call type I like least. 😂 It's tough giving instructions. And yes it doesn't get resolved sometimes. Then you just have to wish the call is over. Lol. Anyway, good luck on your nesting and all the best. 🙂💗

Hi Ms Lea. I hope you're doing great! I just wanted to ask how you're doing now after two years? Are you still working as a TSR? I am also facing the same situation right now. I was just informed by the company earlier today that I passed my Final Virtual Interview. I also applied for a CSR position, but was rather endorsed to a TSR acct- and of an internet provider company at that. So I was kinda worried since this is my first ever experience of working in the BPO industry and was already set for TSR position. I am quite confident with my Communication skills, but I am not really tech savvy. So do you have any advise you could give me from your experiences? I'd really appreciate it. God bless.🙏

@@jbv7714 Hi Jonell, I am still with the same company hehe. The training period was hard to be honest since this was also my first BPO, but for sure you will enjoy, you will have wavemates that will really help you. You will be like a family. Just be confident and study your product, follow the call flow that they will provide (if meron) always be honest if you dont know what to do ask your SME, trainer or your classmates. Just a reminder, never be absent and late. Always listen to your trainer and TL. Hmmm when it comes naman sa technical support. Customer will always have something to ask, just be more specific and polite in giving instructions. You can watch youtube videos din about your product para ma familiarize mo. I know you can do it, if you have questions just reply here. Hehe Fighting!

That's what I ❤ the most of tech support, just for the simple fact that I don't struggle with AHT, I can last for long time on the call with them and as long as the agent helps the customer everthing is fine.

@@allenmaegrc Hi! I'm now two months since I signed the contract and still in technical support. What I realized is that everything can be learned over time and in my two months of being techsupport agent, I still have a lot of things to do. But throughout the learning process, you'll realize yourself gradually adapting to it---- the work complexity, the environment, the pressure, the irate customers, and the overall experience.
