Hi Ms. Rea🙂 I surpassed the training and nesting period! Tonight will be the 1st time I'll take phone calls independently for 8 hrs🙈 done watching all of your videos. Thanks for the tips!it helped me a lot since day 1 of my training up to now☺ God bless you! Take care of your self☺

Hi. I just started my new job on Monday and they put us on phones for the first time yesterday and I freaked out. I felt Like I wasn’t prepared and barely knew what I was doing. I just hope today goes better and thanks for the tips 💯

@@walpurgina8366 it was ok the first few days, then I kind of gave up. I was taking political calls and basically begging for money. It sucked.

Coming to work early is good advice HOWEVER more and more call centers are not allowing people to be at there desk 15-30 minutes most are now stating no more than 5 minutes from the start time.

Point taken. Is this in the Philippines? 🙂 I understand it would be quite a waste to be so early in the office but I still think 15-30 mins before shift is a good way to start the day even when you're not necessarily at your desk. 😊

@@ReaNinja It's not in the Philippines its many call centers in the US. Some call centers don't want the employee at the location any earlier than 10 minutes --in the building and the employee will get in trouble for showing up "too early" to work. I know its a little crazy but that is something trending in call centers.

my first week of nesting was a disaster,, eveycall disconnected and I haven't helped them in anything and I felt like I wasted their time and I can't help to feel guilty that the company is paying me as everyones despite of having a poor performance at work, all because I'm anxious talking to the castumers

Is it ok to ask question to your trainer,supervisor in the middle of a call?

Yes! Just tell your customer that you will check some possible resolutions. Then you can place the cx on hold to ask your trainer or sup.

Hi maam, 2 months na po ako sa bpo salamat po sa mga tips.. Hehe by the way nag a adjust pa ako sa calls ko kasi parang natataranta pa ako.. Remember ko naiyak nga ako sa 1st call koo kasi irate c cx.. Kakinis.. Pero salamat sa mga tips maam.

Newbie po ako at 1month na po ako sa bpo. Pero since mahirap po yung account ko, evrrytime mag ta-take po ako ng calls nandun parin po yung kaba huhuhuhu hirap. Ayuko mag stop ehh
