I have to go slow and get to know a guy really, really well and trust him. My mother taught me not to make love with someone you're not in love with. A very valuable lesson, right? I've only been with about five men my whole life and I'm 58 years old. But it seems a lot of men want to know early if and when I'll go to bed with them. I divorced a control freak and if I sense a man's controlling, I run like my hair's on fire.

Susan thanks, i wasn't looking but i liked him online at the first conversation . It is strange liking someone in that way so much and needing to meet him whatever the cost. i finally met him and fell so hard without hesitation. He changed me in the sweetest way ever, felt like i had always known him all along. You may think it is crazy or weird if I tell you that he has not left my mind and soul for a single moment to date...several years gone now and still in LDR..

The problem now is I dont even get a first date. Im a divorced man in his mid 60s. I always get reiend zoned. Im only 5'7" and make less than 50k. I am borderline ADHD and Asperger's plus am introverted quiet and shy. When I ask a woman if they want to meet for something as simple as coffee, a drink, or a bite to eat, it is like pulling teeth to them. It is very frustating and I am facing the possibility of never trying anymore. I am tired of being told by women ehat a great guy I am but they wont give me a chance.

Now I feel scared when a guy asks me what do you do :( becauseveach time I talk about myself and what I do/ study they get scared and joke about me being too smart. Even when I try to down play it I come across as intimidating and it's really affecting my dating experience. Growing up my parents taught me tjat Inshould study hard and be acomplished and throughout my 29 years I achieved many things for a girl my age, but I still feel a void when it comes to my love life. After your last video about no contact with an ex I finally got it. It's been 4 months after almost a 2 year relationship. After each first date now, I cry thinking how I blew it with my ex and how unfair it is that I have to be back out in the dating world. Is it fair to keep dating?
