My wife wants to buy a new apartment so she can «get away sometimes». She is unhappy We haven’t been intimate in a year, and we struggle communicating. Things have been better. Anyways: We have separate economies so I don’t have to join in here investment. I know she wants me to join in, but I think it is not a good financial decision to take up a loan to buy an apartment in todays market. And especially if it will be used a few times a month. My opinion is that we instead could use those money to travel, take into hotells at different places, etc… but she is hell bent on buying the apartment. I don’t feel comfortable taking a loan for this, and that will be my «heck no». For the interest alone for such a loan I can reduce from full time to 80%. PS: thanks from video.
