Doing no contact but working on myself at the same time. I picked up on some relationship behaviours that I need to work on like people pleasing and my abandonment issues. It will help future relationships if the no contact doesn't work.

No contact is impossible if you have a child. People say that dumb stuff when it comes to a narcissist. I've been relationship free for 3 yrs 😂😂 I think I went the opposite end of it...
