I'm not a religious person but, weird as this sounds, I feel like someone is praying for me and I'm so appreciative. Love and healing is coming to me from somewhere without me even asking. Weird. Given my circumstances, I should be feeling like hiding under the bed but I don't. I feel awake and inspired..... So weird......……..This is a good vid; I love this. Will listen a few more times. Hi Kirk, I wouldn't kneeld, because it hurts my knees alot. but writing on the journal and post that question, is helpful. also, when I prayed to God, praying out loud, always help. Like I prayed when my back and legs hurt then alot, hand too, that the next morning, my hand legs and back get better for no apparent reason at all. so when it hurts again, just pray again for help.

I like this lesson. However, I get anxious that I've only just listened to myself or listened to the wrong thing by accident. I hope there is a way to discern my own thoughts from God's. My own thoughts may actually be knowledgable and well intentioned and analytical and reasonable etc. to the point where I have convinced myself that they're from my higher power, but they could still be the wrong answers. Does that make sense? I don't mean to come across as arrogant.
