Yea it's the thing that stops most people. I stated playing with different software and it took me back to how long and frustrating can be. Unfortunately you tend to speed up learning from mistakes. What used to take me 16 hours now can take one, keep at it and you'll speed up a tonne

How much direction do you give an editor? I love freelance channels where editing seems to be part of the humour based on the clips they insert, the images, the sounds, etc... I know that the personalities aren't doing the editing here because of the work load they have - so do you think they are giving exact feedback as how they want the video edited or what they want done? Or are they finding editors that have a similar sense of humor and then just feedbacking?

Really that should be all down to the editor and for them to make creative choices that make the content more entertaining, its what we do for our clients however it takes time and experience which means more cost, so if you're looking for an editor to take over and make your content even better, then you'll need to budget a lot more.

I not only edit (or re-edit) but also convert the content into different Social Media platforms, I also manage (organize and create metadata) their storage\Database. I try to do direct contact ,) Hit me up if you need something like that. Someone to not only to edit but also to adapt content to different channels\formats or organize media storage for easier future (re)use of your content. We can have a short call!
