How To Hold Side Control Against The Bigger and Stronger Opponent

I received a question asking about how I would recommend holding side control and also what to do if you lose the position.
One of my favorite Gi specific grips is the "Brabo Grip." I love this grip because it's so versatile for your ability to not only control but also submit with this grip in the Gi.
