Thank you. Your video saved me a ton of time identifying the colors to bypass my failed amp on a 2002 Deville. One important thing I noted was that the lower harness only needed to be disconnected, not cut. The output/speaker side of the amp is all contained in the UPPER harness. Just disconnect the lower harness, no need to cut.

Did you leave the upper plug and wires out of the factory amp?

So all you did was cut the factory amp wire rerun it with the 9 conductor wire and then wire it up to the after market radio?

Where did you get the wire harnesses? i have been looking everywhere for the correct ones. Do you have a website suggestion or a part number for both?

I’m having trouble running my rcas to the back of my aftermarket radio because there is no room. Did you run the 9 wire on the left or right side of the vehicle. Also that white wire you ran from the fuse box can I run that to my aftermarket amp?

cant you just wire the strait through? like the pre amp an post amp wires, just put them together, would that work?

So it looks like you didn’t plug the connectors back into the amp. How does the RAP system which is some gauges, door chimes, etc etc that the pac interface replaces ?
