Been contemplating one of these. Makes a lot of sense, but from what I understand, at least here in Florida, the steering on a street-legal vehicle must have a mechanical articulation in it somewhere, therefore full hydro is not street-legal.

Yes, you are correct, it’s not street legal. Off-road use only.

What did you do about the clock spring and steering wheel issue with full hydro? I work of equipment and at least those orbital valves allow the steering wheel to continuously rotate past actual max ram length.

The clock spring no longer works with full hydro, all the stability functions will be gone- no real way around that

Did you use the same power steering pump from the assist setup when you went to the much bigger full hydro 3” ram?

Same pump, but we did swap the pressure output fitting with PSC’s recommendation.

Due to keeping the three link, the ram is very tight clearance to the track bar. Not ideal, needs to be converted to a 4 link
