Hi, doctor. I love the fun graphics. I am a visual learner and when I "hear" you share I tend to miss some of the information, but not this time!! Thank you

Listening to our body's needs is one of the things I'm learning to do when introducing these healthy food changes.

Thank you so much Dr G for what you do and how you share your experience and knowledge with the world!!!! I was pretty much led to you be God. I don't believe things happen by coincidence. I'm about to do the hyper-nourishment. I'm a Pescatarian, but I will be giving up the salmon and sea bass for a minute. Lately I had a few health issues not knowing that even eating veggie can still lead to inflammation because even veggie food is processed!! I need to do some healing with my kidneys and blood pressure. Praying everything will go well. Thank you once again for what you do!!

Thank you for this video. I am waiting for your class, but in the meantime I am starting the best way I can and I have gotten clues too from the fb group. This video makes it much clearer. Can't wait for your next class!

Smoothies work best for me because i dislike the taste of kale. I also love fruit. So it works. I just added kale to a smoothie and found out that the fruit makes it to where it's not butter and I can handle it or maybe my taste buds have changed. Either way I'm sticking with this.

Hello Doctor, I’m a long time viewer and have recommended your site to many friends suffering with autoimmune diseases. This post today, is for me. I have recently gone through a great deal of emotional trauma and I am experiencing all the symptoms of MS and fibromyalgia. I’ve viewed Swank, Wahls, Overcoming MS, and McDougall and all agree with plant based, but re-myelinization always requires protein. What do you think of organ meats and wild caught salmon?
@BrookeGoldnerMD4 жыл бұрын
you get all the protein you need in your plant foods. stay away from the meats. I have had such extraordinary results with MS - go all in! You deserve it!

Totally great video, Dr. G! For rapid recovery optimal is 8 cups cruciferous, 1/2 cup flax or more and a gallon of water right? Is there a limit on other fats from avocado or walnuts or olives in rapid recovery? Also what is 8 cups of kale, broccoli, cabbage equal to!? About 1.2lbs or 536 grams?
@BrookeGoldnerMD4 жыл бұрын
Yes! no limit on avocados but a few olive a day and avoid walnuts until you are getting inflammation down. Use volume measurements, not weight.

@@BrookeGoldnerMD Thank you! Did I miss any foods for optimal rapid recovery? Tofu, oatmeal soaked? I've seen these being implemented.

Dr. Goldner, have you found this process to work for patients that have wiped out their gut biome through years of antibiotic usage?
@peacekeepermoe Жыл бұрын
That's a great question, I'd like to know this too Dr Goldner :) But I suspect that eating these foods will nourish the good bacteria and make them flourish, not sure what it does to the bad bacteria in the case of gut dysbiosis caused by illness like me/cfs or antibiotics usage.

Hi Doctor. Found your channel after watching one of your presentations on the PBNSG channel. Have you had any experience of seeing people suffering from arrhythmia and bigeminy being helped by your program? I have a friend I really care about suffering from these conditions. Keep up your amazing work!

If I do two blenders a day, should both be green?. Can one be carrot? I am finally doing one packed smoothie a day with a gallon of water but I also eat a cooked potato with some hummus and nutritional yeast. I am so hungry by dinner. Then I eat a banana before bed with 4 walnuts. I wasn't sleeping and googled that and it seems to work. I realize the cooked potato and hummus is not on the healing protocol but I haven't been able to eliminate that yet. I have Lupus, RA and Hypothyroid for about 35 years. No meds but a lot of joint swelling and some deformation in wrists and foot. Can't be on my feet longer than 30 minutes strait.

Hi doctor, are nut butters inflammatory? Do they come under the same category as other oils?
@jaminwaite3867 Жыл бұрын
They usually have higher Omega 6s which are necessary and can be healthy but not ideal when trying to reverse an inflammatory condition
