you gotta delete that audiotrack which just imported, and drag and drop the video file again. Happens to me sometimes as well.

no no h264 is a video codec. Mp4 is the video format. But go pro hero 9, strange. Look up video codecs download for your computer, your pc might be missing some video codecs
