Wow, THANK YOU! This saved me. I had to do it in a slightly different way for my Sony RX100vii but I saved my precious videos. I cannot thank you enough. For anyone with this camera, I followed the same steps until getting to AVCHD - it didn't have my videos. They were in the M4ROOT folder. Hope this helps!!!

Idk if yall figured it out but try double clicking even though he says not to. On my right click it didn’t show either but I just clicked on the icon and then clicked on streamed and they were there. Hope this helps if you haven’t figured it out.

Hey mate. I have an issue with trying to remove my files from the video camera which is showing in my video camera memory but not the SD card when I insert it into my PC.
